Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response for multiple reasons. First, it ignores the fact that Convergent Outsourcing called me dozens of times prior to yesterday on July 11. Second, although Convergent Outsourcing says it is “unable to substantiate” my claim that it would stop calling if I provided my personal information to confirm I was not its intended target, it curiously does not dispute that I in fact provided this information to Convergent Outsourcing. Given my undisputed chagrin with Convergent Outsourcing does it really think I gladly would have volunteered such information if I did not feel as if I were being extorted into doing so to stop the harassing telephone calls? Finally, Convergent Outsourcing apparently calls the wrong person with the same name quite frequently because on its website's homepage is a "consumer assistance" link about whether it's "calling in error." (And yes, I've taken a screen grab although I have not attached it.) If Convergent Outsourcing offers corrective action to aggrieved consumers on its homepage, I submit it frequently is "calling in error" due to inadequate safeguards in its job to find purported debtorsConvergent Outsourcing must agree to develop better compliance procedures to ensure it is calling the appropriate party

Convergent Outsourcing, Inchas received Ms***'s dispute and complaintT-Mobile placed thisaccount in our office as a pre-collection account on 03/18/to collect a balance of $on theirbehalf.Upon investigation of Ms***'s complaint, that our agents advised her to "just pay it";
the callsfrom 03/28/were reviewed.We found on 03/28/2017, Mr*** contacted our office three timesAt no time, on any of the calls,did our agents request for payment on behalf of this account.The agents advised Mr*** that the account was placed in a disputed status and the collectionactivity had been suspendedMr*** was also advised, that we do not report pre-collectionaccounts to the credit bureau.In response to receiving this communication from your office, Convergent Outsourcing has closed theaccount and returned it to T-MobileIf Ms*** has any further inquiries regarding this matterplease have her contact T-Mobile directly.We appreciate the opportunity to respond

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I have never received any correspondence from PayPal that my account was in arrears Before filing the complaint with Revdex.com, I contacted PayPal on the day I filed this complaint and was assured that there were no records indicating there were problems with the account I have always kept the account current It is my opinion that something fraudulent is going on here as they were requesting I forward them funds to clear the matter.Sincerely,*** ***
