[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Their website is resetting the dates, the date change does not stand out on the pageThis is a flaw that needs to be correctedI called right away to let them knowCorporate indicated that return of funds was at the manager's discretionthe manager points back to the corporate policyThere is lack of accountability I received a response from their help desk indicating that the manager had agreed to refund me 50%, however, after a week I had not received a refundI called the hotel to ask about it once or twice a day for over a week with no return callEventually I saw the credit applied to my credit card and I stopped callingHorrible customer service.I did receive 50% of my funds back eventually, however I still believe they should provide a full refundParticularly due to the horrible customer service this manager has shownAs a company, if they know there is a problem with their website, I'm not sure why they wouldn't correct it to ensure that this issue doesn't continue to occurThe fact that they won't fix it, makes it feel like a scam Regards, [redacted]

The debt in question was paid in full and we have marked the account as paid in fullAt no time has anyone in our office ever informed her that by paying her debt it will be removed from her credit, each conversation held she was told her credit would be updated as paid in full, which we have doneWe received the account for collection in February of and it wasnt paid until August of When she paid the original creditor they reported the payment to us and we reflect a zero balance and we have reported to the credit reporting agencies that the balance is zero Thank you

The consumer spoke to a representative about the situation and was informed that although the consumer didn't pay the account in full in the amount she was informed of, as a courtesy, the rep agreed to pay the remaining cents for her and request it be removed from the consumers creditThe request had been made to have to item removedThank you

FCSI reviewed the concerns of Ms [redacted] It appears she stated she did not have insurance at the time services were performedWe contacted the original creditor and was informed they tried to file [redacted] at the date of service but the claim was denied stating not covered at the time of serviceThe original creditor will need a copy of the retroactive letter that Ms [redacted] received from the Division of [redacted] in order for the claim to be processed and paid for by [redacted] Medical providers are not automatically notified when [redacted] is approved to go back and cover charges, that responsibility lies on the patient to get all that information to their medical provider so they may properly file the claim with the proper documentsThank you

Mr [redacted] I am standing on my last response This guest is on our do not rent list She complained to Choice headquarters and her complaint was also denied Way to many guests in the room Multiple food items througout the room that did in fact bring ants A deski clerk did move her before we realized the situation This guest was supposed to be removed but the inforamtion did not reach the evening desk clerk I amsorry but we our standing on our original response Thank you Deborah I

Dear [redacted] ;On January 4th, 2017, Mr [redacted] purchased a Lincoln MKZ from our Chrysler StoreAt the time of purchase, Mr, [redacted] also opted to finance an Extended Service Contract with his ioanShortly thereafter, Mr [redacted] decided to cancel the aforementioned contract.Upon receipt of this letter, I immediately inquired with our Finance Manager as to why the proceeds had not been sent out to the lenderEvidently, there was some confusion between our Finance Manager and our Office Staff, who handle the proceeds, regarding Mr [redacted] potentially refinancing his original contract which would result in the proceeds being sent directly to him as opposed to the original lenderUpon speaking with Mr [redacted] , he informed me that he was going to keep the loan we had originally acquired for him on his Lincoln MKZI explained to Mr [redacted] that I would immediately Fedex the proceeds to his current lending institution to be credited towards the remaining principal, as well as reimburse him the $in additional interest he had incurredMr [redacted] was pleased with this, and I thanked him for his business and hope to be able to conduct more business, both sales and service, in the future.If there are any other questions or concerns in this matter, please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly via telephone at [redacted] , Mon-Fri 10:00am to 4:00pm.Sincerely,Gabriel C [redacted] General ManagerBradford Fairway Sales and Leasing Inc

This was also sent to the CFPB and the answer was as followsFCSI received the account for collection on or about 11-7-for [redacted] services acct # [redacted] in the amount of $with a connect date of 3-20-and disconnect date of 10-20-FCSI is mailing the consumer a copy of the itemized statements/ final bills for the consumers reviewIn order for the original creditor to investigate the consumers complaint that she does not owe it, we will need a detailed discription of the disputePlease have the consumer send in an explanation of their dispute so the original creditor can properly investigate their concerns and resolve any issues they may haveThank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The company's response is untrue When the individual asked to verify employmentmy maiden name was used The co-worker said we have an [redacted] ***, would you like to speak with her The person asked about verifying my social which made the co-worker uncomfortable and she transferred the call to me This individual terminated the call once I picked up Also, I'm confused with the company's response because I contacted the office the same day the exchange took place and talked with several reps including a supervisor No one was unaware of the call but now several days later they have a bogus response What a coincidence! FCSI has requested a fraud packet be sent to the consumer for the consumer to complete and return to the address of the original creditor listed in the packet as quickly as possible so they may investigate the claim of fraud We have no record of receiving any police reports to substantiate the claim of fraud, but if the consumer has this information , they will need to include it in the completed fraud packet that is being mailed out todayFCSI nor [redacted] want any consumer to pay for a debt they are not responsible forThank you in advance for completing the fraud packet and returning it as quickly as possible so this issue may be resolved

FCSI received the account from the original creditor [redacted] on or about 2-7-Sent the first notice to the consumer at the same address as the service address that is also the same address in this complaint for the [redacted] acct # [redacted] in the amount of $for services dated 11-20-to disconnect date of 2-29-2016, it appears that some of the charges are a result of equipment not being returned as well as service charges [redacted] cannot investigate the consumers concerns without details of the consumers disputePlease have the consumer send to FCSI an explanation of what the dispute is so the original creditor may investigate her concerns and resolve any issuesThank you

FCSI reached out to the original creditor to investigate the consumers concerns, and the original creditor retracted the account, the account was returned to the original creditor and it is no longer active in our database and it did not effect the consumers creditThank you

The debtor requested validation of her debts well after the day validation period had expired, her account was noted as disputed and FCSI reached out to the original creditor and was informed by the original creditor that the debts in question are valid and due and copies of the final bills, itemized statements were requested and received from the original creditor and being mailed to the debtor today for their reviewThank you

FCSI received the account for collection from the original creditor AT&T on or about 11-22-in the name of [redacted] The account is a Uverse account # [redacted] and was installed on 10-20-and disconnected on 11-13-with a balance of $at the same address on this correspondence The original creditor informed FCSI that this is a valid and due debt and a copy of the final bill will be forwarded to the consumerThank you

FCSI received the account for collection on or about 8-29-for a Uverse account number [redacted] in the amount of $for services that were installed on 7-20-and disconnected on 9-15-FCSI reached out to the original creditor and inmformed them of the consumers concernsThe original creditor, AT&T, stated that the balance is correct that the original balance due was $and the consumer was given a credit of $leaving the remaining balance due of $Copies of the final bllls have been obtained and just mailed to the consumer for their reviewThank you
