This company has advertisement They advertise custom fit car covers They are NOT custom fit They are just one big cover drapped over your car Custom would mean it is snug and fits around the side mirrors There covers do not do this When I asked for a refund all of a sudden the 100% satisfaction does not apply1) you have to pay the shipping to return it to Canada...not USA The cost of shipping that large of a box out of country would be cost prohibited In addition, they have you wait until they receive it to refund you OR you can keep the cover and they'll give you 50% back They did not address my issue of the cover not being a custom fit or their advertisement Do not buy from this non USA company

This company sent me a product I did not order. I do not want it. I do not want a "replacement." I want a complete refund and they can have the unordered product back if they want to pay their return shipping. I will not pay to return their mistake.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The company never states that on the website it is not waterproof initially.. why would someone buy a waterproof cover and not have it be waterproof...I do not mind having to pay for return shipping on an item.. what the company is doing is FORCING folks to send via USPS internationally to Canada which is OVER half the cost of the item..which is why they offer a 50% refund to just keep the item... They are scamming customers by advertising that it is waterproof and forcing only one way of returns.

[I contacted the business again this afternoon, Feb. 1st, 2016, and was told that they knew nothing of the response to the Revdex.com. No refund has been issued for my $20 shipping payment that I am disputing. Since the response was not signed, I did not know who to ask for, but the representative was again extremely unhelpful.]

I have been looking for a good place to get car covers for a while already. A friend referred me to CarAutoCovers.com, saying that they had bought from them previously, and were satisfied with the product and the service. So I bought mine there too, and have also had a good experience. Shipped in good shape, arrived in timely fashion, and fits my car well. Feels like durable material, so should last me awhile.
I purchased a cover with an advertised lifetime warranty on Aug 2014. By dec 2014 the outer waterproof coating began to fail and flake off, rendering the cover good for dust and sun only. I have tried to contact the company several times to obtain warranty service or replacement to no avail. No response from them, as if they just disregard customers with complaints. For $156 dollars paid new, I can state the cover I bought is worthless now.
We just made a full refund by paypal to the customer. Customer can keep the cover for free!

I am very unhappy with the company and the cover I purchased in May of 2015. I purchased the most expensive cover that would protect against sun damage. When I returned to Florida in November and removed the cover, the paint on the hood of my 2009 Hyundai Elantra was damaged. When I called to talk to someone in customer service I was told to submit an RMA. When I submitted the RNA I was told I had 30 days to get a refund and the 30 days had expired. This was through email. I asked to speak with someone regarding the damage to my car and was told they only communicate through email. I did speak to a very rude customer support person who was no help at all. Still have not heard from anyone.
