Car cover was ordered for VW Beetle, the mirror pockets were in the wrong place,,, about 14" too far forward so the cover would not reach the front of the car
Customer service is a joke, would not even check the part number to make sure it was the correct cover

This company claims they warranty their covers for life but mine was useless in less than year of use, I say that because it is not used when my truck is dirty, so despite the cover being months old upon my original complaint, it had less than year of use I have sent them several pictures, including one of my wife's lexus car cover (made from a better company obviously) that is over two years old and looks new in comparison to the garbage carautocovers.com sells Their warranty department promises a response in twenty four hours, but has never responded in nearly months One of my several emails from August of is below to their warranty department but that the company has never responded to that included pictures, one of which is above and another below I have added two pictures as well to this complaint to show the garbage this company sold me and will sell you as well "My order was for tundra double cab car cover in May of 2015. The order number was ***, on 5-2-15. The cover has already fallen apart, it is very thin in spots, and is leaving a white flakey dust, almost like snow
everywhere on my driveway and car. I am requesting a replacement and will
be happy to forward pictures to support the poor life of the cover only
slightly more than a year old." They responded only to ask for pictures and that it would be reviewed, then the communication ends despite further complaints and pictures from meAs of 10-6-still no response from [email protected], the company deserves some poor ratings for a poor product and even an even worse service department.*** ***, *** *** *** ***

They have my $so where is my cover......they don't even know what they are doing........when I told them I was going to post a horrible review about their company, they refused to at first take my moneyI spoke to one nasty guy there who said he would not send me a replacement because he "didn't need the bad review"Then I called back one hour later and that is whey *** took my money for the shipping fee It's amazing these crooks are still in businessYou guys should fine themThey should go back to whatever country they are from and rot in the dessert

Buyers beware...if you live in the United States...it will cost at least $35 to ship it back and normally doesn't get through customs...the best refund you will see is 65% if you are lucky!

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution I was only given options to return the cover which was not the right fit for my Mercedes GLC matic coupe and it did not fit on my car so it's their mistake but they gave me only options 1- to pay for return shipping and refund the cover and that would cost a lot of money 2- 50% refund and I keep the cover and since they gave me no other choice I told them I would accept the 50% refund and I will keep the cover and dispose of it or donate it .the choices they gave me is not honoring their guarantee of a perfect fit for the cover The cover was not the righr fit or size for my car This is dishonesty and poor customer service But I will take the 50% refund and donate the cover

Was very happy with the purchase and service on initial order, and still after mo when I contacted them on warranty problemThey were very receptive and quick to offer to replace the cover for a $ service fee which I paidThat is were the great service seems to endHave been in contact 3-times going on a week and still no replacement cover has shippedYou know what they say most company are pretty good but the truth comes out when a problem comes upSo do not be fooled by all the ratings they post on there web pageI am hoping for the best just beware returns or warranty claims here are slow and time consuming
