Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me However, the resolution I desired was to receive the correct cover for the vehicle I ordered I was finally able to speak with [redacted] at the warehouse and he confirmed by the part number on the cover I received, that the cover sent was for a long bed truck and not the short bed version that I ordered [redacted] stated he would ship the correct cover and a return label for me to return the incorrect cover This would be the most helpful resolution as I would really like the correct cover that fits my truck, which is why I ordered the cover over a month ago now and have been steadfast in my effort to get the correct cover All I have wanted through this process is the correct cover I ordered It became very frustrating that after notifying the company that I had received the incorrect cover, I was told that the cover I received is the best fit the company could provide and I knew that was not correct because I have purchased multiple covers for the same vehicle from this company I felt I was pushed aside and offered a partial refund just to go away and my concerns were not addressed, instead of listening to my issue and considering the idea that the company shipped the wrong cover by mistake I would certainly appreciate a refund in full, but my ultimate goal is to obtain a cover to protect my vehicle Once I finally had the opportunity to speak to the warehouse/parts manager [redacted] did confirm the cover sent to me was not the correct cover for my vehicle and he quickly identified the mistake and shipped me the correct cover (I hope), which I am waiting to arrive this weekI will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Regards, [redacted]
