[redacted]I sent a rejection of the offer from Carautocovers.com based upon the fact that they contacted me directly from their warranty department and stated in an email that they were sending me the correct cover. In their response to the Revdex.com they stated that I should call and tell them that a person by the name of [redacted] authorized a full refund.I do not want a refund. I want them to send me the correct car cover for my vehicle as stated in their direct email to me.It is obvious that the employees of this company do not talk to each other. Would you communicate to the company that I want them to send me the correct cover. I am not satisfied with their response. Carautocovers.com charged my credit card for the $20 shipping fee charged on my Visa credit card. I sent them a copy of the credit card statement as proof that I paid the shipping fee over a month ago, as they had requested via Email. They're Email response is that, "Your request has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff." I am willing to send Revdex.com my credit card statement as proof that I paid the shipping fee.Sincerely,[redacted]

Our policy is that we do not pay for the return shipping, thus why we do everything we can to send you the best cover for your car. This has to be one of the worst scams out there. Firstly, the covers do NOT fit their description. They are not a custom fit, rather a "let's make this work" fit. The quality is by far the 5 layer protection as the website describes. It is a thin piece of fabric that probably provides minimal protection. But the killer is the customer service! This company has hung up on me not once, but THREE times when calling to inquire about my purchase. I ordered the 5 layer cover for an Acura sedan. Not only does the cover not fit well, it did not come with the cable and lock as promised nor does it show any means of weather protection for my car. The fact that their website states that returns are made "easy" is the biggest joke of all. It's really hard to request a refund when a company refuses to email you back and hangs up on you multiple times. Spare yourself and avoid this scam!!
