[I would just like to receive a refund on my purchase.  I do not like the fit but most of all I do not like all of the particles that end up on my convertible top from the backing of the cover.  It's very difficult to remove these particles.  Please just tell me how to return the cover for a refund.  I don't want to take pictures of the cover on the car because I don't want to put it back on the car and have to deal with getting the particles off of my car again.]

I called RMA auto covers today and they said they would send my refund today.  I don't trust them.  It had taken them two months.   People should be wary of this company.  I will contact you immediately if I don't hear from them. They would also not refund my $57 shipping because for some reason it had to be sent to [redacted]. I will keep you informed.  [redacted]

It is not right that I have to pay for return shipping when I keep absolutely nothing from this company. they did credit my purchase price, however, they should credit the return shipping also. I returned everything, yet I still had to pay the 37 dollars, that is terrible customer service, and they should say that in their advertisements. they talk about others being "tricky", yet they do exactly that themselves.

The company should receive the car covers on Monday. I have tracking numbers for each. The covers are NOT waterproof and I have pictures to prove it. I will be happy to download the pictures and my complaint to the Internet! I want my return shipping covered. Your warranty is worthless if you don't because your website is not truthful.

“Bad product and dishonest company! Don't buy from them!” 8/24/17 In less than a year, the cover had almost completely disintegrated. It has holes throughout. VERY poor quality. There was supposed to be a 5 year warranty. They said that I would have to pay $30 for shipping to get a new cover. There was no shipping charge on the original $109.99 cover that I bought, and nowhere on the website does it say that I would have to pay shipping. Here is what I think they do. They buy very cheap car covers from China that cost less than $25, then jack up the price and give a warranty. Then charge $30 shipping to cover the price of a new cheap car cover from China that gets drop shipped to us. This is truly a scam!

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico is free and will be made with USPS only.
Express shipping (1-2 business days) is available for an additional $20.

Review: My original purchase was made from [redacted] in July of 2015. The product came with a lifetime warranty and was damaged in January of 2016. I contacted the company and was prompted through the warranty process. After the warranty was approved, I was instructed to call the company's 800 number to pay a $20 shipping fee. I do not agree that this is a valid charge. The original product was faulty, thus a second one is being shipped. I do not feel as though I should be responsible for these shipping fees. The customer service representative ([redacted]) I spoke to on Jan. 26th, 2016 would not allow me to speak to a supervisor upon request. His phone etiquette was very unprofessional and he hung up on me after I repeatedly requested to speak to his supervisor. I called back a second time and again he hung up the phone on me when I requested to speak to a supervisor. Finally, after placing a third call to the company, another representative answered ([redacted]), who claimed to be a manager when I requested again to speak to a supervisor. [redacted] was much more professional on the phone, but would not agree to send the replacement item until I paid him the $20. With no other choice, I paid the $20 so the item would ship.Desired Settlement: At this time, an apology is the least of my concern. The customer service I received, was in my opinion, very unprofessional. However, I will be satisfied with a refund of the $20 I had to pay to receive my replacement product, after the first car cover proved to be faulty.
