AT&T technician showed up drunk for installationEven though I refused service after realizing his state, he'd already begun working on some outside linesFound my internet service to be down after he left
I was unable to reach anyone who could return to repair the issue, and instead have to wait for another technician, possibly even the same one, to return at a later date to fix what was broken

We signed up with internet services with AT & T on for a promotion of $per monthI was planning to purchase my own router however was advised by AT&T not to do that because the router is included in the monthly cost of $per month
I looked at my bill just this month because it seem to be highI agreed to the additional $16,per month for months for installation (which they didn't even come out, we did it all by ourselves!!), however, the problem I have is that there is an additional fee of $per month in addition to the $internet monthly plan
I was advised by the lady I spoke to not to purchase my own router because it was included in the fee, however it is NOT and there is an additional fee of $per month for the rental of the router/modem

I have made several complaints to AT&T about the internet speeds going down and disabled, I have had to go in and reconnect to the internet more than a few timesHowever, they claim that they aren't doing anything They keep wanting to send techs to my home in order to charge service chargesI have received several discount, for poor service The last discounts were due to our family being on federal benefits I applied for lifeline and got refused de to having U-VerseI asked to change my service, I was told NO, it wouldn't be worth itI then talked to the loyalty dept., they placed us on what they called a permanent discount, then I really started having internet issues When I received my bill via the website, Jan.27, with the discount, my internet was then disabled daily, the speeds were constantly dropped I had a tech in my home times since, the 1st tech claimed it was my home phones, so I went and replaced them The problem still there, I called again, I was asked where did I buy my phones? What difference does it make? Then they sent another tech out he claimed he couldn't find a problemHe called his supervisor, he came out, he did see problems, but couldn't identify where it wasHe blamed my cell phone, and my home As if, I am supposed to replace my cell phone and my home I took my phone to Nextel to have it looked at, nothing wrong with it I was informed by the person that they used to work for AT&T and slowing speeds is common practice of AT&Tand that they have been sued for it Also, if anyone were to ask about the lawsuit, they were to hang up This is not a way to keep a company in business I give them a zero, for business practices!

Today I saw a U-Verse phone service listed for 30.99/mowhich is less than I'm currently paying for my planNowhere on the web page does it mention that this is a promotional rate for months onlyActually price is 40.99mowhich is more than I'm currently payingLuckily I saw this before final committal to the plan

Wanted to switch over to Sprint from AT&T they put me thru hell with customer service, to get the phone unlocked, They put through different people and was on hold for over hours, just to talk to a managerI didnt have access to my account eitherAll I wanted to do was get my phone unlockedNo help what so everMy phone is weeks old and I told her since I have talked to people all I want to do it end the phone back to herDidn't know it would take over hours to pay off a phone and get it unlocked I am very upset nothing has been resolvedI want my last bill waved for all the trouble I have gone through and the issue is still not resolved

I fell for their BOGO scamI signed up for a month next plan and I started getting incorrect credits ($credit instead of $27) which after numerous contact to the horrible support was told to contact after months to get the remaining credit at once
After months the credits stopped and this time again after contacting the horrible support numerous times, I was told that I was ineligible for BOGO as the funding line was a BOGO line previouslyI had signed up for the service from a Target store and I had immediately gone to a nearby AT&T store, where the associate verified and confirmed that my account was setup correctly for BOGOI was never told about there terms nor was it on the contract that I signedI have been trying to searching for the BOGO terms which specify this and I haven't found any till nowIt was just a bait and switch, and I fell for it
Finally I just gave up as it was not worth wasting my time and money on this fraud companyI have paid off my phones and will be switching to a different provider shortlyDo not sign up for AT&T, they will scam you and the support is terribleJust do yourself a favor by signing up with other providers who are a lot cheaper and provide much better service

I selected the XTRA package for $70/month, it is normally $124/mo but they took of $54/mo for the duration of the year contract, internet I asked for the best possible speed and was told it was 45mbps @ $30.45/month (bundled internet price) for a year contractWhen I signed up for these services I explained all bills are paid on the 11th of each month to which I was told would be no problemI have accrued numerous late charges due to billing not being correct as well as restoral fees which when I called in was told would be credite

We were to be issued a credit for which we were overcharged and it has not postedTired of dealing with people who don't speak good English!
We moved back to our original residencePart of the credit was issued, the other part was not and then was billed times for the monthly serviceI was on hold for almost hours with someone that was very difficult to understandThey hung up on me, then called back to speak to a supervisor was on hold again and STILL have not received the credit to the billI'm ready to cancel service

ATT trying to charge for returned equip, collections agency later, pay for equip or will ruin my credit

Directv and AT&T baited and switched me I was told when I signed up I was getting combined services The day of installation I only got Directv service and was told I'd have to call AT&T separately to get my other services A week later I got the internet service installed and was told that I'd need to call AT&at to add on the phone service It's been weeks and I still do not have all three of my services however I have already received separate bills from Directv and both are considerably more than what I signed up for I have called and spoken with over representatives at both Directv and AT&T Nobody can seem to give me the same or correct information I have had different representatives to come to my home offering their apologies and resolution and to date nothing as of yet has been resolved as I am still without my home phone service I have also received two different phone calls from the 'Office of the Preseindent? in both the Directv side as well AT&T suppose
