aug I contracted with at&t ( on phone ) to pay $ 119.xx for bundle price for tv , home phone , cell phone and enternet I got the first monthly bill for $ 148.xx I called and complained about the bill they told me the extra was for fees I told them at that time that I did not make a verbal contract for $ 148.xx and that I wanted to cancel service , they said I would be liable for cancelation fees at that time I did nothing I got a computer for Christmas I tried to get my computer to connect , it would not , I called at&t to fix problem my next bill was $193.xx , I called at&t to complain they said the increase was for enternet , I was told on first call that enternet was included I have another provider I called at&t to discontinue service they told me I will have to pay numerous fees and penalties

Ok Revdex.comHow is it I see on this site that haves an A+ on overview but haves 91% negative review for AT&TSince AT&T has been poor for me for over 1/years? I've seen hundreds of complaints from facebook and from here a day that AT&T still have a company that doesn't care about there customers? Right now complaints and only customer reviews and starsI didn't read how the Revdex.com system works but to me that seems out of whackOMG is the Revdex.com doing there job? With the original account, my husband and I also had iPads linked to our accounts at one point in time I suspended those from service a while ago Our cells were successfully ported over to Verizon about two months ago Today I receive a bill for two months worth of service from AT&T When I called to find out why, I was told that the account was still open because of the suspended iPads, even though they weren't even active I needed to "verbally" call them to close the account, regardless of the fact that they weren't even linked any longer
To further rub salt in the expensive wound, when I spoke to two representatives, and asked for some manager assistance, I was hung up on by one, and the other representative had me on hold for over minutes, before I finally gave up and called again
I'm certain, legally, they are well within their rights to charge me for this oversight, but morally, it's pretty reprehensible the way they worked that loophole I will never, ever, use their services again or recommend them to anyone, aside from my worst enemy Expensive lesson learned, Thanks AT&T for the life lesson!
