We have been promised better internet service for over a year It is constantly throttled and after many calls, there is no change

AT&T dug up our front yard within our legal property line without permission; they were trespassing on private property
AT&T left holes in the ground unattended for several days; blind persons, children, and pets

AT&T has been consistently and knowingly overbilling my bundled accounts for over a year now Every month I would call and be given a different reason for the overcharge, then issued a credit Now it has come to a point that they are accusing ME of trying to scam THEM!!! They say there has never been a problem with the bill, and I just call every month to get discounts It's dispicable and horrifying how helpless consumers are when going up against the mega corporations Fail AT&T, pitiful fail Your outsourced customer service reps are ruining your company for you

I have been having problems with AT&T every time I call the customer serviceThey are such a big liersI will talk about the last issue which was on 7/3/2018, I received a bill with $446.33, I called to solve this problem and they keep being so rude , cut the line, or transfer me to another person without excuses, wasting from my time hours without any solutionThey transfer me to the supervisor her name is *** her ID# ***, she promised will call me after minuets to help me out after waiting on the line for all that time , but she never call backThey let me to hung up because they said they are busy and they will give a call back after minutes
Now I am doing this complaint because it's not the first time they do that and I want this rude way to be stop

I have been paying almost $a month for land line service partially because my security system uses it During and after hurricane Irma, the service has been out for almost weeks The company at first provided a date for resumption of the service almost a week after the storm That went by and there was another date This has been repeated multiple times and now they are no longer even offering a date Landline phone service used to be extremely reliable, and this is totally unacceptable especially since the storm was not that bad in this area I have also had previous instances of loss of service with AT&T which always took days to weeks for correction I will be cancelling, but that leaves me without my security system
