I have been calling with a dispute on my phone bill for to months today they tell me my phone will be disconnected for an plus phone bill I had blocked long distance and numbers on my phone my son went through the operator and was not told there would be a charge so he kept calling his girlfriend when I got my phone bill I called A T & T and they said they would look into adjusting my bill I have called every month I got my new bill and was told they are still working on it I was told today that if the past due bill was not paid by the 27th of this month my phone would be disconnected.I tried to make arrangements to add to my regular bill and if I got extra money could add more but they will not allow me to do that they said it had to be paid by the 27th I do not have that kind of money and they should have told me this months ago and maybe they would have let me make these payment cannot afford what they want and I was willing to pay it but they will not allow m

On July 1st I was approached by Comcast who told me they could lower my bill and give me faster internet
I called AT&T to see if they would match Comcast and lo and behold I found out we are in a contractWe never signed anything, we don't know how AT&T put us verbally into a contract we were never aware of
On July 1st, AT&T retentions department told us they would lower our bill to 45$ a month and issue a one time 50$ credit for the inconvenience of putting us into a contract we had no idea about, even without us signing anything
Sure enough, a month later I called them on 7/to inquire about our bill and there was no record of my first phone callThis happens all too often with AT&TI would switch to another provider if I could but unfortunately comcast is not much better

AT&T has been scamming me for months and has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my life They hire the most incompetent people who can't even get my name straight, then tell me that I've called the wrong number and need to call a different number, then when I ask what that different number is, they give me the exact same number that I've called them on (that was with Dwayne) I then talked to *** then *** then *** about getting my cell phone account and WiFi landline account combined They initially said that the accounts would be combined onto my cell phone account in one to two billing cycles, then confessed that all that had happened was that a work order had been placed to get the two accounts combined Well, sometimes work orders get done and sometimes they don't When I opened the account, I was told the exact same thing, that the two accounts would be combined onto my cell phone bill in one to two months, but we're coming up on months

AT&T is the WORST company I have ever dealt with! They cancelled my business line because the direct deposit that I set up when I started my service apparently was not going through, so we paid $to reinstate the service - come to find out when I looked at my bank statement, the payment was made every month!! I am on day of trying to resolve this issueI have been on the phone with them for a total of hours with no resolutionThey have given me such a run around and no one seems to have any clue what their talking aboutThey are awful and I wish I would've listened when other people told me how awful their experience was with AT&TI am writing this as I sit on hold still trying to get an answer!

This company just does not care and more importance I feel like they broke my contract on their ownThe bottom line is they don't like I have a grandfathered unlimited plan and was hoping to switch me without my consentIf you don't like what you offer the customer then don't offer it but if you do you owe it to the customer to provide the service we are paying forAll I can say is hurry up Fiber Optic and by by AT&T mobileSo many people I know are just waiting to cancel your service is this what you want? I feel this demand to return equipment or charge $for non-return is unjustified or not legal

During this time AT&T was charging us a monthly bill even though we were not using their serviceWe disputed the bills they sent and we asked them to reimburse us for the money spent to our vendors because they improperly set up their equipment
