I hope that this is going to be my last complain about *** internet/service, repair and customer serviceWe did not have internet signal since the night of February 26th.That means, we don't internet, no TV, no phone service no video camera alarmWe called and make an appointment for someone to fix itMy husband missed work so he can wait for the repair technicianOur appointment was 8am-He waited and waited, no phone call, no textNext thing he got was a text that said that it was fixedHow they fixed it? How does this company have an A+? It has negative and positive reviews! Has anyone used their phone support? It is awful At&t has the worst support of any service provider I have ever used It's not that their employees don't know what they are doing It's that the company is so unorganized and working in separate silos they cannot communicate departmentally I finally canceled my uverse and cell phone accounts because I was sick and tired of dealing with their sales and tech support My bills were constantly changing and my service was unreliable, at best Somehow my mother's cellular account ended up in my At&t portal even though our accounts were not tied together in any way except we shared the same last name We don't even live in the same city At&t could not separate our accounts! They couldn't even tell me why it happened So, I switched to T-Mobile for cellular and At&t business for Internet I had to use At&t because I don't have any other options! Help! We need more Internet service providers in Indianapolis!!! As for T-Mobile's cellular coverage, it may not be as good but my bill is exactly the same every month I haven't had to call them to complain because their is nothing to complain about That's all I want An honest service with an honest bill At&t does not provide that I don't care if they come out with time travel I will never go back They are too big and have gobbled up too many companies which has caused complete dysfunction from an organizational perspective I wish we had more options in the US It's sad Our Internet, cellular, and TV services are sad due to the lack of options All these complaints fall on deaf ears and I know this review is a waste of time

Terrible customer service after years as an at&t customer will be cancelingordered an Apple Watch and was not satisfied so tried to return it the day I received it was told that I would have to $to return it which was a blatant lie to make me keep the watch because you have days to return at a restocking fee of dollars but now that I was lied to and over the days now I'm forced to keep itwas also told that I do not qualify for the buy one get one iPhone offer which was also information that loyalty supposedly fixed for me so I drove to at&t to be told that loyalty was wrong and couldn't qualify me for that promotionSo they fixed information by giving me more information and a wasted drive at&tdont waste your money on AT&T who lies to customers so they can make money off of them

Three years ago when we first got At&t we set up different appointments to have service connectedAll times no one showed up called or emailed to say they were not comingNow years later we moved to a new address and wanted to continue our serviceGot everything set up made appointment, once again no one shows up and there was no call or email to let us knowI call sms get the run around for almost an hour then was told they would be calling me back, no one ever calledNext day I call back to cancel service and after telling all my info again because it's never saved the representative said he would call back and never did againWe have now finally cancelled service but I really want someone to be held accountable for treating customers this way

AT&T promised a $reward card after acquiring services, but now AT&T will not honor their contract and refuses to send me a reward card

The rep came back and said that they're working with their billing/collections department to ensure my phone payment would not send my account into delinquency but that I would have to make my payment of $by 1/11, then the date changed to 1/7, then on my portal it says 1/I am unsure when this payment is truly due, but I will make the payment on 1/to be sureI am returning the phone 1/using the new UPS tracking #I requested my call and chat records from a lady Mandy who advised I would need to chat to get thisI chatted with Jacob who told me they didn't existI am very upset with the customer service, the run around, the misinformation, and more than anything the breach of contact with the 11/date being an "incorrect date that was past my return window"What should have been done to resolve my issue, is receiving should have checked notes on my account like the note in my box requested, as well as the tracking number should have been flagged for a late return approval, hence why I called back to provide PER AT&T requestWhat I would have liked to happen the 3rd return would be I return using the provided return label, called back once the initial scan by UPS was completed and offered a credit right then and thereWhether they keep the phone or return it back to me a 3rd time would be on AT&T
