I have been calling for over three weeks about a promotion that your company offered and no one seems to know about it Each time I call I have to stay on the phone for over a hour cause nobody knows what I'm talking about I upgraded my internet to the megs and free wi extenders came with the upgrade I received one but not the other What makes matters worse I get transferred at least five times per call and I have to verify my information every single time I'm transferred, basically I start from scratch every single time So frustrating!! Its hard to believe that a company this size cannot be on the same page about a promotion What does say about the organization of everything else I have been promised call backs to fix the issue, spoken with supervisors with no end Its hard to believe for that amount of times I have called that nothing has been resolved yet It really blows my mind about the lack of attention to detail

I've been with AT&T for several years now, and their customer service continues to worsen and dwindle by the day, somehow having reached a new low every time I have to call in If you are reading through these reviews prior to choosing a new wireless service provider, do yourself a favor and go with ANY company other than AT&T; they truly are the worst

March 14,me and my family decided to get cable and internet with at&t we was promise an 125$ Visa card only gave us 100$ which we didn't get the cards until months later we was also promise the promotion with the premium channels which we never got!
