I have sent all appropriate requested information th American family and attorney. In fact because I never heard back from American family after leaving yet another message asking for the cost of copies I went to pat kelly agency and had them make the copies a nd fax them to mr.Lawson. I also left another message requesting they make arrangements for my disability to meet for the statement under oath(#5) to accommodate for my disability. Still have not heard anything from American family or Mr. Lawson. I contacted the insurance commissioner about their failure to contact me to accommodate my disability. The commissioner agrees they have failed in this area and suggest I file a complaint. The paperwork for that is being mailed to me. I did receive a phone call from American Family Insurance last week and they took a recorded statement from me. I am only rejecting this response right now to keep the Revdex.com ticket open since I must respond in ten days. Now I am just waiting for the underwriting department to review and get back with me. Raymond [redacted] This company is cancelling our auto policy via a billing invoice we receive because we won't sign up for their autopay to pay our monthly premiums. They are taking away the quoted and promise discounts because of not giving them our personal banking information, although we pay our premiums thru our banks online banking system which is more trustworthy than this company. We will look for other auto insurance companies to cover our vehicles that do not scam and mislead the consumers. No one can force a person in the way they pay their debts by holding this type of system of payment over their heads, and besides that this information should have been told while giving the quote to the consumer in the beginning of doing business and purchase.

American Family Insurance still refusespay on the claim. They are very goodat taking in fees, but not very goodat paying claims. Two inch hail hit my house, but yet they claim there is nodamage to the roof, doors, gutters,down spouts, windows, and vents. Yet a neighbor got their roof approved by their insurance company?
I am rejecting this response because: I don't accept their answer on this matter because I have proof that the defect was there before they inspected. I paid for the inspection in order to make an informed decision on the purchase of the home. And because they miss the defect it was not negotiated in the price. I sent an email to the address that I was provided with Timestamp photo. They on the other hand They on the other hand have only made accusations of Fraud and extortion. Please rest assured that I will not just lay down and let these people ( Because they own a big company) take advantage of me. Once again I appreciate all the help that you can give in moving this matter forward.

What? You consider the matter closed because you called me and wrote me without offering any form of solution, all you did was just restate the original reason that I was upset. In what world do you live in where that is a resolved complaint? This matter is not resolved and will not be until AmFam offers a reasonable solution so that we can ensure this problem does not happen again.
