Please see sections 3.10 Doors, Windows and Interior, Part II The inspector is not required to: inspect for finish treatments…tile is a finish treatment. “this details the extent of our interior inspection”.The Standards of Practice are part of the email we send out with the agreement and a hard copy in the handout we delivered at the inspection.We do this to set the expectations of what is and is not included in a home inspection.You can also see in the 3 pages of the report where we called out problems with leaking gutters. Gregory [redacted] ,. my view on this matter is. they did send me a check for 2,165.64 minus my deductible. which well not be enough to fix my roof. I feel if they would send me and additional 2.000 minus my deductible. with that I would be able to put a new roof on my home.. I feel they are trying to get out cheap. because All they sent me the last time was another copy of my homeowner's policy. that was there response to my complaint. so I feel like I'm being treated very unfair. with this came.
