AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Absolutely the worst service we have ever received!! Showed up 2 hours late, damaged 100 year old dining room table by sliding it top down onto moving vehicle. Damaged fridge. Required me to pay cash only (on a Sunday) or pay 3% fee for using a card. Worker spit on front porch multiple times. Worker bleed all over daughters white furniture. Threw trash on lot next to our house when the left. And on top of it, getting any nice response from the local manager seems to be impossible. They want to act like it is our fault or we are the problem?!? I will report this horrible service/company to as many places that I can to let the local central Arkansas community know to avoid at ALL costs!! Still waiting on furniture restore company to fix table. ALL furniture was just stacked in rooms. No floor or corner protectors were used and only a few floor protectors were used at new house. Several pieces of furniture had no pads and were either just taped closed or a plastic wrap.

Which I could give negative stars!!

I would had preferred to leave NO STAR!!!!! I made a deposit with All my Sons from Pflugerville, TX August 19th and paid the deposit. I was quoted at $600 to $800.00. My scheduled move was September 6th. Two days before the move, I had a phone call disclosing "extra" charges that were required such as mattress covers and the fact that they would not move my TV's without cartons which cost extra also. TWO days and additional charges. What do you do? THEN I was told they would be at my house at 8:30. Well Friday the 6th, I get a call at 8:30 - well we will be there in 45 minutes. I said I though you were suppose to be here at 8:30, Mikes response "they tell everyone that but we don't get there then". I specifically ask about emptying drawers and was told "no need" they can move them without them being empty. The two men showed up loaded with tape and covers, they wrap everything and use 1/2 roll of tape on every item they move. TURNED my furniture upside down so 1 of the 2 could just use a two wheel dolly and force the furniture through the door and out by themselves. I still have stuck drawers on my desk, filing cabinet, an antique Hoosier and my dresser. Once loaded and at the new location, they would not unload a thing until I paid them. They charged me close to $1,300.00 or held my furniture hostage. THEN after they get their money, they email you an invoice, no chance to see what they charged for prior to making payment. They charged me for things I did not use and did not even move everything I told them during the initial phone conversation. Mike said, "the only way you can get an accurate quote is to have someone come out and do an assessment" - which by the way, cost extra money. Things I ask them to leave in the garage was in the house and things I had asked to be put in the house are in the garage. 2 guys and me there by myself - I could not watch everything. The 2 men were nice enough but dang, I"m 61 years old and feel completely taken advantage of. They in no way, shape or form do what is represented when you talk to them on the phone. I would not recommend this company to move a dog house now. Never again....

Took half hour after they stained to go through their contract. Had to pay before they would unload. Busted one of a matched set of lamps. Never responded to my email
About my lamp. Don?t use these mover

All My Sons Movers was in possession of my Samsung 65 inch tv which never arrived to my home. Details are in attached letter to AMS.
I have attached a copy of all of the documents indicated above.

Desired Outcome

Payment for missing TV - $800.00

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
Although it does not compensate me for an amount I feel is due me, I am able to accept their offer of $250.00 so that I can move on to other matters in my life.

Company was unprofessional, arrived late, took absurdly long to do the job (didn't even have the right equipment), and overcharged me.
The problems started at the beginning. The movers showed up two hours past the arrival time they provided me. When they did arrive, they moved slow as molasses (All My Sons charges by the hour) and took 3 hours just to get a couch, some boxes, and a mattress packed into the truck. Part of this may be because the movers only had one working dolly between the two of them, slowing down the process enough that I felt the need to roll up my sleeves and help them out towards the end just to save time. Because of how late they arrived and how long they took, I missed my 5 hour move-in window at my new apartment building and had to sit in the garage for over an hour waiting for another new resident to finish moving their furniture and boxes before my movers could come in, unpack, and use the service elevator to get the stuff upstairs. Of course, All My Sons kept the clock running at a rate of $129/hr during this time. Once the service elevator was free for use again, it took them another couple hours to move everything into the apartment (I had to help out with the moving again because I just needed it done). All in all, it took over 6 hours to complete a move of a one-bedroom apartment. Total cost: $957. When I tried to call their customer service about getting a discount or partial refund because of all the issues I had, they were rude and unhelpful and sent me around in circles between their branch office and their corporate office.

Desired Outcome

I would appreciate a partial refund since the service was terrible, the movers showed late, didn't have the equipment they needed to work efficiently, I had to help them move, and they caused me to miss my move-in window at my new building, which caused me to incur additional expenses. They weren't very careful with my furniture either, causing staining and damages to all the corners of my couch, as well as breaking one storage container.

Thank you for the feedback and opportunity to respond. I have been unable to locate our customer's account by the information the consumer has provided. If the consumer could provide the name and/or phone number the mover was originally under or the Customer Identification Number from AMS, we will be able to respond accordingly.

The move was scheduled by my wife, *** The booking/account should be under her name.

All My Sons Moving & Storage Response • Oct 02, 2019

Thank you for the additional feedback and I was able to locate the account. On behalf of AMS, I wish to personally apologize for the unsatisfactory service received by our customer. Our customer did speak with the branch office that handled the move and the Operations Manager did issue a credit to the customer's credit card on file ending in 3006 on 9/10/19.

Customer Response • Oct 05, 2019

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
The company's credit on 9/10 was paltry and insufficient to address the issues I had with my move and the way I was overcharged. However, I was issued an additional credit through my credit card company when I opened a dispute (since I was unable to resolve the issue directly with All My Sons), and I am satisfied with the additional credit they have provided.

HORRIBLE!! Stay away from this company. These little thieves came into my house and stole items from me. Who in their right mind steals from a disabled veteran ??? They damaged/broke almost every piece of furniture. Furniture was dragged across the concrete with no protection. It took them 8 hours to move a 1 bedroom which was already packed and ready to go before they arrived. I hired 3 guys for the job but only 1 worked at a time while the other 2 were non existent. $200 in a gas charge to move a couple miles down the road. Pieces were "mistakenly" left at the origin so they could NOT reassemble the furniture they took apart. This has been the worst moving experience of my life.

I have never in my life dealt with such awful customer service. Like many others have reported, they pushed my move out from morning to afternoon on a Saturday, and then couldn't come at all until Sunday. This is after I called every hour or so and they were unable to give an update on timeframe. Broke my nightstand into pieces and one team member was on his phone the entire day. The worst moving experience I have ever had. All they deliver is broken promises and severely overcharge. Customer beware.

I think they should stop stating one price about cost in the beginning and then hours before you're moving give you a different price adding on time before time after charges percentage on gas usage. They should show up on the time that they we're committed to . When you take off from work and lose money again buy them not showing up . Then you have to take an additional day off because they're coming a day later. They broke a piece of art vaze, and that would take years to get paid for it. It is not something that can be fixed or replaced. Guy's were alright, but driver was not nice to the workers he had, treated them like ***. Driver was also not nice, like he disliked me because I am white. They wanted to charge $ 25.00 for a 6" piece of tape also. There's a lot of moving companies out there. Get it recorded and in writing before because this company is not recommended by me ever. Horrible experience, and they just don't care.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They are CROOKS!! Notice their google reviews are all 5 stars and the Yelp reviews are the opposite. Looks to me like they are deleting the bad reviews on google to make the consumer think they are a fabulous moving company. Consumers BEWARE!! Worst moving experience EVER!! Do NOT give this company your money or waste your time even reaching out for a bid. I repeat do NOT use this moving company! I used the Boulder location. They are horrible! A move that should have taken 2 1/2 hours they stretched out to almost 7. I know this because that’s how much time it took when they moved me into my house and I had LESS when I moved out!! So in all actuality it should have taken the 3 guys LESS time NOT MORE!! The movers decided to leave many things behind and I had to hire someone else to move the items despite the fact that I had communicated what I wanted to be included in the move during our initial walk through. They did not perform a walk through at the end. They were in too big of hurry to go on their dinner break (since the move took almost 4 hours longer than it should have). Best part, one of their movers STOLE FROM ME!! The truck they used leaked and my furniture got wet. Totally unprofessional. When I filed a claim and complaint, they offered to refund me $72 nothing in comparison to the overcharges because the movers took much longer than they should have or to make up for all the other issues I encountered (wet furniture, missed moving furniture, and THEFT). When I reached out to Paul *** in the Boulder office for assistance with getting my issues resolved, I got no response. If you contact them for a quote, they will NOT stop calling and texting you to hire them. When you try to get your issues resolved, crickets - zero response to emails or phone calls. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL!! Don’t bother contacting this company when looking to hire movers. Save your money and your hassles. I recommend you hire a competent moving company. I wish I would have gone with the company that came in with a higher bid. Lesson learned for me. Hopefully, I can save you the same agony I went through.
Adding a note - 9/13/19 - I submitted a complaint to the Revdex.com regarding this issue on 8/14/19. To date, this company has not responded to the Revdex.com. If they don’t respond by the end of next week, they will lose their accreditation. So all of you that believe this is a great moving company, do your research. They are not as great as they are selling to believe.

This company moved me to my new home. I incurred damage to my property and observed fraudulent practices that prevent customers from seeking damages.
I moved from an apartment to my new home on August 28, 2019 in Cincinnati, Ohio. I selected 'All My Sons' because the representatives were friendly, professional, and appeared to be concerned about providing a quality move.
Unfortunately, what occurred on moving day was not what was promised. The movers did not use hoisting straps or even work in pairs to lift heavy objects. On a few occasions, I noticed a mover struggling to carry an item by himself. I cautioned them, not only in an effort to protect my items, but to prevent them from hurting themselves. They appeared oblivious to proper body mechanics. I observed one mover carrying single boxes for quite some time before he finally grabbed a dolly. I also observed one mover struggling with my inversion table. It collapses. He did not take time to investigate whether or not it could be collapsed and was struggling to carry it (unassisted) up the stairs.
My armoire had clothing in the drawers and I asked the movers if I should remove it. They stated that it was fine and I expected that they would have wrapped my armoire. They did not. In fact, they dropped my armoire but did not tell me. I did not notice the damage until the next day. The drawers will no longer remain shut, the door is misaligned, and there is clear damage to the frame. In addition, my hard wood floors are now scratched.
I observed a few other issues:
1. I was solicited for tips almost immediately after the movers arrived.
2. After discovering the damage to my armoire the next day, I went back to review the contract to see how I might file a claim. The portion of the document that covered that section was initialed by the lead mover, not by me. It is clearly not the way I initial/sign my name. He did not review this section with me. He signed my initials and I think he knew very well what he was doing. He signed that I would accept 'option 1', which was for minimal liability (no extra cost). I would never have agreed to that. I expect full replacement cost for my belongings. He did not review this section. He inserted my initials and moved quickly to the next page. In hindsight, I cannot believe I allowed that to happen. He casually put in my initials. It was so casual as if he does this all the time.
3. The lead mover also took the liberty of initialing the form that states I received all of my belongings. Since I am still unpacking...I hope this is true. Again, the ease with which he initials for the customer in key places that would limit the ability to seek compensation is interesting.
4. I was encouraged to submit a good rating to get a discount. I did this because I did not know my property was damaged or that he had signed key parts of the form that would work against me.
5. When I discovered the damage, I called the Cincinnati office and spoke to Zachary. Once I told him that I had a complaint and wished to speak to a supervisor, he became rude. He transferred me to the incoming line and then did not pick up the phone. I called several times and finally reached another representative who gave me the names of the operations managers in Cincinnati (Trey and Jack). When I finally spoke to Zachary again, I asked to speak to either Trey or Jack. Again, he was rude and transferred to
a nonworking line.

I then called corporate. I spoke to Sydney Rhodes. She gave me the names of the regional manager. Wiland is over the Cincinnati area and I was transferred to his voicemail. I never received a call from him but I suspect that he called the Cincinnati office because I received a call back from Trey. I informed him of my problem. I also asked that my bill to be re-evaluated considering I did not receive the quality of service I expected. He said that he would call me back by noon that same day August 29, 2019. As of September 6, 2019, I have not received a call back.
I placed a STOP payment on the check for the full amount that was due.

Desired Outcome

I recommend that the president of 'All My Sons' evaluate the Cincinnati office and have the movers retrained in proper body mechanics, customer service, and procedure. I also recommend that the local and regional management be investigated for their practices and reprimanded accordingly. At this time, I still do not know how to file a claim for the damage to my property but I intend to do so. I want full replacement value. I have photos of the damage and the fraudulent initials. I want the president of 'All My Sons' to understand and be aware of the bad business practices that occur in the Cincinnati office. The supervisors and management are encouraging the movers to be dishonest, deceptive, and fraudulent.

Thank you for the feedback and opportunity to respond. On behalf of AMS, I wish to apologize for the unsatisfactory service. Please be assured the Operations Vice President has been notified of the service issue. In order to address the damaged items, please contact our Customer Care Team at 866-941-1849 to request a claim packet. Once the completed claim packet is received, a claim specialist will be assigned to address the claim.

Movers tried to extort money out of me by telling me if I tipped them well they could move my items. Then after I claimed harassed me by text.
Talked to mike at branch office and was told they could do nothing they could do to help me but move my original promised items. I can no longer get them as they are no longer available. Then the mover texted me harassing messages calling me names because I complained about him.

First my move was scheduled for an arrival of 8-9am yesterday for my belongings to be removed from my former home during my divorce. Already a tense situation. By 930 I am informed when I called that the movers are actually coming at XX-XXXX This is unfortunate as my babysitter will not be available at this time as I had booked morning. The movers showed up without me being present at the home. Called 8 times to tell me about items they weren't going to put on the truck... but I can put it on the truck if you "take care of me and my boys". The $800 elliptical machine was in the basement and pretty much the basis for using a mover as I couldn't move it by myself. Call "ya that elliptical machine is gonna be heavy (3 movers were there and its not heavy), I might be able to get it up the stairs if you take care of me and my boys?" I'm like what is it going to cost to get this delivered?? I'm like how about $50 bucks? He said a piece.... I said what!?! Needless to say my elliptical machine was not delivered to me. They continued to take 2.5 hours to load a small truck and never told me when they left the house. I was waiting at the storage facility and saw them pull in. He had no paperwork for the move. They proceeded to unload the truck literally throwing boxes labeled glass on the tailgate... no idea what is broken or what is there. They were like yah I'm not sure I can fit all your stuff in the storage shed. You wanna get rid of some of your stuff to us?? Now I'm paying them off in my personal belongings... I had my 3 1/2 yr old daughter with me because the sitter wasn't available anymore.... I was afraid if I didn't give them what they wanted it would be trouble. In the end they shoved the rest into the storage facility and couldn't find one of the locks I had just purchased for one unit. It just went missing?? So I gave them $40 to leave and went to buy a new lock. I have no idea what kind of business is run by all my sons, but I feel violated, like I was robbed? I felt unsafe to have my child there. And in the end it cost me $858, a $40 tip and items from my truck to be done with this company.

Desired Outcome

The refund would only be a portion of the items I lost in the move plus the mental distress I suffered.

St. Louis All My Son's...Worst Experience Ever!!!! Do not use! They never showed on my scheduled moving day because they claimed to have not gotten "verbal confirmation", even though I spoke with them 3 days before my move to confirm (I called them because I hadn't heard anything from this company in the weeks since I originally set up our move). After they left us stranded on our moving date, we had no choice but to push our moving date to the following weekend. I called All My Son's 3 days before the next scheduled move to cancel, because after our first experience we didn't trust them. They then informed me that in their system our move was scheduled for an entirely different day (a day of the week I would have never agreed to), and because in their system I was only calling the day before the move and because of this I wasn't eligible to get my $100 deposit back. They lied to me and my husband multiple times (claiming they left voicemails trying to confirm, telling us that we never spoke on the phone about our moving date, and then telling us we set up our 2nd moving date on a completely different day!!). I have never dealt with a company that was so unprofessional!!!
I wish ZERO stars was a rating choice!!

BEWARE! This ALL MY SONS MOVERS targets unknowing consumers using the bait and switch methodology. Requested a quote via online form. Received a call back and painstakingly reviewed each room and the furnishings that would need to packed and moved. This was to include disassembly and reassembly of beds and placing furniture in the appropriate rooms in the appropriate space. The move also was to include a 5ft baby grand concert piano. The estimated quote was 4 hours, 4 men and 1 truck. When questioned that this did not seem realistic the response was "sir, we are professional movers, not amateurs" -- at the very most it might take an additional 2 hours. The home was 4500 sq. feet, 4 BR, 3.5 Baths and two stories. The price quoted was 199.99 an hour. The morning of the move, 4 people did indeed arrive with a small moving truck. The first man identified himself as the supervisor, the second gentlemen was older and the remaining 2 guys were young boys. This was their first move and they were trainees. The gentlemen identified as the supervisor was very willing to share his story. Unfortunately, he had a recent diagnosis of testicular cancer, was in a great deal of pain (which was evident when he walked with a pronounced limp and facial grimacing) and stated that he was had been advised not to lift by his physician. He was there to provide direction. He also stated that the move was scheduled as a 2600 sq. feet, 1 story home, with 3 bedrooms. He stated that the order was for furniture only that was already pre-wrapped and protected, no belongings, no packing, no piano, no artwork, etc. He stated that he was booked for 2 hours. He traveled back to *** to pick up packing supplies and was gone 1.5 hours. In the meantime, the two young boys began packing items in boxes that we had personally purchased. They were supposedly under the direction of the the older gentleman. They went room to room, packing a box or two, partially disassembling beds, until every room was in complete disarray. In the pantry, they put potato chips, bagged snacks and loafs of bread on the bottom of the box and placed heavy can goods on top. Some boxes were filled to maximum capacity others were hardly filled at all. At 10:30 PM that evening they stopped and said they were too tired to finish. Demanded payment with belongings still on the truck which they would not unload until we paid. We explained that the move was not completed and that there were still many heavy items to be moved. The supervisor said this was typical of the call center. He said it happens almost every time where they grossly under quote the move, then he was left to deal with the unhappy consumer and the fallout. He said the move should have been scheduled for two trucks and a minimum of six men -the two homes were less than 1/2 mile apart and in the same development. He assured us that the office manager would make it all right on Monday, which was the first day they could possibly send out another crew. There would be no one available to discuss the matter with until then. On Monday, I contacted the company and the representative was very nice and helpful. She apologized profusely for the mess we had been left in and agreed that we had been grossly misquoted and overcharged. She assured me the manager would call back within 3 minutes to make everything right. 15 minutes later there still was no call back. A second call was initiated and a man identifying himself as Danny M finally came to the phone. He very rudely asked me what my problem was. I begin to explain as I had already done to the representative. I was interrupted by his laughter. He said you were a fool if you thought that house could be moved in 4 hours. When I further objected, he said see you in court and hung up the phone. We disputed the transaction and the bank ruled in our favor. We had to hire professional piano movers to move the ***, we had to hire another moving company to finish moving the remainder of the furniture. We personally moved over 20 loads of boxes on a 20 foot trailer. ALL MY SONS has now disputed our dispute, over a month after the dispute deadline. Mr. M fabricated a document which we never saw or agreed too and denies our allegations and even falsely states the job was complete including the piano move. Just want to make others aware so that they don't have the same experience. This is an unprofessional and unethical company that scams consumers.

All my sons gave us a quote of $600 and it ended up costing double that. They charge by the hour, so they are incentived to take their sweet time. Broke several items. Clogged our toilet. Use someone else!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I have called and emailed numerous times to try and resovle. NO RESPONSE. Hired to pack, load, deliver. Showed up wtih NO packing supplies, had to go back to get, didn't get enough. Did not pack with any care. Did not box numerous things - just put in truck. Load shifted - many broken items. Staff bickered the whole time. Spent more time not working. Manager not interested in helping. Corporate is not intersted in listening. Have moved 8 times with provessional movers and this is the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - DO NOT USE.

Deceptive, Deceitful , Dishonest management practice,Unprofessional and careless. I would never recommend this company.

I have workes with All My Sons multiple times for 3 different moves. This specific time was a complete DISASTER! I would advise you not to use this company for storage. I had my items stored over at the Phoenix facility for around 2 years. I decided to move from my apt to a house we had recently bought since I had a young child and am now pregnant again. I called All My Sons in Phoenix and let them know a month ahead of time when I was thinking of moving and Ricky from management stated that I had some water damage on a a mattress and ONE box. I told him to not worry about the mattress and that I was going to get rid of it anyway since I had another mattress I was going to use. I also stated to Ricky to make sure to get someone to thoroughly look through the items and make sure nothing else was moldy because I am pregnant and have a small child and dont wany mold to be circulating through my air vents. He assured me that someone would be checking through EVERY box I had in storage and let me know if there was any more water damaged items. I said ok thank you! Moving day comes and lets just say it took ALOT longer than expected. The movers were told that I lived on thw 2nd floor and I lived on the 3rd floor. Ok fine, lets skip to the movers bringing my things from storage into my house. I started looking through the boxes I never packed and instantly smelled strong mold in every box. Ok, I checked through the boxes and EVERYTHING was stuck together AND wet! All my expensive nursing books, my sentimental items are destroyed, my coffee table had very easily visible water damage around the entire table. Every single thing was repacked telling me someone at All My Sons in Phoenix, AZ knew there was alot more water damage than just my mattress and ONE box. Try EVERY box. All my things are completely unusable and mildewy and sitting in my house when I told many people at All My Sons to CHECK everything to make sure things arent moldy before delivery! I was clearly lied ti about that and let me get to the best part. I was on the phone with Ricky from management VERY upset and he was telling me that the bill was 1600 for the move! I was NOT about to pay that amount due to the damaged items. Remember the mattress I referenced earlier? Ya he continued to bring that up thinking that just because I was going to give it away, doesnt account for the price of the mattress! The mattress was STILL 1000+ as well as all my nursing books, clothes, expensive dresses etc. Ricky was EXTREMELY rude, combative, irresponsible, and non listening to the concerns I had about my items. Im not sure how he is a manager with zero people skills. The claims dept ended up knocking the price down to 1200 which was still completely ridiculous. I payed the 1200 so I could get my claim started. Now im writing this review about this terrible lying storage facility. This day was completely ridiculous for multiple reasons. The only thing good about today was the movers who were dilligent, kind, and responsive.

This is the cost of the move. Terrible service and did not properly move my belongings. Did not use moving mats. Sub 2680 in damages and was off 147.
I hired AMS moving to move me on July 13th, 2019. They showed up, argued with me, did not use the proper moving equipment, properly move my belongings, were not professional, and I have an estimated $2,800 dollars in damages that I submitted. I paid a good amount and there was a minimal discount applied. I was on the phone with the Manager multiple times throughout the move. He apologized multiple times. As I mentioned, I submitted about $2,800 in damages that could have been avoided if they used the proper moving equipment. They did not use any of the blue moving mats that are standard. They delivered chairs and boxes on their side. I was paying by the hour and the driver disappeared for the first 20 to 30 minutes once they showed up to my new apartment and the other two workers were out in the truck on their phones. The crew lead was argumentative with me and did not act professionally. They offered me $147 dollars in as my claim settlement. I watched them ram my $1,500 TV into the wall that was not packed properly. The manager has not responded to any emails or phone calls since the initial move where I was on the phone with him at least 4 times. They wanted me to sign off that the move would be done at 1pm and it was only 10:30am. When I refused the lead stormed out and started yelling. The move finished at 11:45am. I paid via American Express Credit card. I will submit pictures and further communication if you provide me the proper method to do so. This will include communication attempts to management, claim paperwork, pictures. Pictures include how my property was packaged and that no moving mats were used.

Desired Outcome

I would like for my move to be refunded completely and a better claim settlement. Again, I submitted 2680 in damages and they offered me 147. I have multiple pictures and attempted communications with the company that I have submitted and will submit to you.

Thank you for the feedback and the opportunity to respond. Our customer did not elect to purchase insurance for damaged items. The initial claim settlement offer was calculated at valuation which is AMS standard liability (.60 per lb. per item). If our customer wishes to dispute the offer, we ask that the assigned claim specialist be contacted for any further discussion. The assigned claim specialist contact information is included in the correspondence with our customer.

I believe that I submitted that I was not accepting their response

All My Sons, out of Pflugerville, Texas, moved my household goods over four days from Austin to Cincinnati, Ohio. I have over 20 years in the U.S. Military, so I've been through a few household goods moves. IN all my experience, I have never seen such blatant disregard for a customers goods, such horrible customer service or such disrespect in the negotiations process. AMS offers a horrible contract ($0.60 a POUND for damages) and will take NO responsibility for their actions. We were offered $538 for over $10,000 in damage. For example, the 50 inch flat screen TV they destroyed got us $36 dollars. They do horrible work and hide behind their legal department when it comes to customer service. I will NEVER recommend All My Sons for any business in the future.

All My Sons Moving & Storage Response • Aug 23, 2019

we are aware of the issues claimed by our customer. A claim has been submitted by our customer, and that process is currently being worked through for a resolution with our claims department.

AMS moving overcharged me 168.55 in labor and promised to issue a refund which they have not done.
Many issues with this move but this specific complaint is for being overcharged for the labor of the move. Upon arrival to the destination they force you to pay an estimate for the bill before they will unload the truck. It appears that they do this to force you into the highest price possible with a promise of a refund after the move is complete. DON'T DO THIS. They elude to the idea that they do it on completion but they don't. I had to call Operations Manager Christopher *** and he promised a refund but never sent it. They CHARGED me immediately from my account but refuse to refund to my account. Look at all their complaints here and elsewhere and go to a reputable company.

Desired Outcome

Immediately refund me 168.55 as Operations Manager Christopher *** promised.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
Refund was issued...unfortunate that their business practices force people to go to third parties (Revdex.com) to get All My Sons to do what they agreed to do. I would never use them again.
