THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH, THEY DAMAGED/BROKE OVER $2500 WORTH OF STUFF. THEY QUOTED ONE PRICE AND THEN ONCE EVERYTHING WAS LOADED ON THEIR TRUCK THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD COST MORE AND I HAD TO SIGN A FORM AGREEING OR THEY WOULD NOT UNLOAD MY STUFF. OH AND AFTER THEY BROKE AND DAMAGED MY THINGS I THOUGHT NOT A BIG DEAL BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY HAD INSURANCE THAT WOULD PAY TO REPLACE THE BROKEN AND FIX THE SCRATCHES. AFTER THE FACT I FOUND OUT THAT THEIR INSURANCE ONLY PAYS PENNIES ON THE DOLLAR FOR DAMAGES. THEY TRIED TO SETTLE FOR $150.00 AND I HAD TO FIGHT FOR OVER 2 WEEKS WITH SOME JERK IN TEXAS TO GET $500.00 WHICH IS 1/5TH THE VALUE OF THE DAMAGES THAT I HAD INCURRED. I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH BAD THINGS ABOUT THIS SO CALLED COMPANY.

The company quote me a price for my move. On moving day it was three times the quote.
I use the company last year with same amount of furniture moving from Desoto,tx to Addison cost only $466 with 3 man crew.I reach out to company again for this move and express that last move was little pricey and the owner told me that I could use 2 man crew it only cost $366. I agreed, and put a deposit of $100 dollars to lock in that date for 5/5/17. The $100 deposit would go towards the balance of the move.On moving day the owner call me couple before the move telling me that 2 man crew will be able to come because they are still at current move. Told me that he had 3 man crew that was available within next 1 hour,however the price would go up slightly due to adding additional man to job. The price he quoted me was $398 and told me it would be much faster. I really needed to move so I agreed. The company comes out to my house for the move and says if you pay me tip I will give discount. I was slightly taking back by the comment that movers was throwing my way even before the moving begin. They did the same thing last move plastic wrap up some big furniture items and move my already box items.I moved 5 mins away from the old apt. The movers took 15 mins to get to new apt then arrived to new apt with a payment of $698. The movers was telling me they use 6 rolls of clear tape and 1 roll of plastic wrap. When they arrive at the beginning of move at old apt all material was previously used from moves that did prior to me. I dont even have enough furniture to use 1 roll of plastic wrap. They rushed to move my things into my apt so I had some items broken.

Desired Outcome

I would like my refund for difference of original quote. It was not my responible that they didnt schedule movers right.

The move from 2016 was a 2 man job at $109.00 per hour, the most recent move was 3 men at $149 per hour, as you can see you received 1 more man and paid $40 more per hour, which would make the price different. When I put my deposit down for the movers it was for two men crew. On the day of my move the owners told me he didn't have two men crew and only three men crew was available or else I would wait for 4 to 5 hours. That's unacceptable because I wouldn't put a deposit if you company could not schedule properly. Your company doesn't break down any material cost and the package material was all use previously by different move. I was unpacking and notice that one of my Iphone 7 plus rosegold case was stolen that was in tote for months. I filed a police report incident # XX-XXXX about that theft.

Good afternoon, now that there is a police report and an accusation of theft we must work through the claims process and with the police, I will be unable to resolve this through the Revdex.com based on the severity of the accusations from our customer. Horrible company they quoted me 400 dollars for my move. I had to pay 100 from that 400 as a deposit. The only thing we had in our apartment was furniture and tvs. Everything else we had already taken. It took them 4.5 hrs to pack and unload: 1 bunk bed, 1 twin bed, 2 king beds, 2 dressers, 2 couches, 1 chair, 2 small desk, 1 chest freezer, 2 entertainment centers, and 2 tvs. The move was 3 miles from the apartment. They had to go to the store when they left the apartment before they came to the house. They took out the tvs and I checked them. My 55" flatscreen 4K ultra smart tv was cracked on the screen. He called is boss and then told me the claim has been submitted and I will be contacted Monday. Then he says ok before we can unload anything else you have to pay so he got to the payment screen and it was 902.68 minus my deposit of 100 dollars. So they busted my tv and I had to pay the money for them to unload my stuff and not even set anything up. They added all the charges that wasn't in my quote I recieved when I agreed to them moving us. The company still hasn't contacted me to apologize or settle for them breaking my tv

I would give them a zero if possible. These guys are scammers. First of all when you first call them they give a sales pitch about being employee owned. Of course the movers laughed and knew nothing. Then after scheduling a move *** called me to confirm everything the day before. At that time he told me that there was a 18% FUEL CHARGE for each hour charged. He said they forgot to tell me the week before when I scheduled the move. So for each hour charged they charged me 28.80 FUEL CHARGE. Of course telling me the day before I had no choice but to agree. Where would you get movers in less than 24 hours. So if the move was for 3 hours the fuel charge was 86.40 and they drove 40 miles total. But since the move was 9 hours they hit me for 368.00 for the same 40 miles. Then when I spoke to *** on Friday I also advised that we were a warehouse and we had the shrink wrap and tape. he said no problem then we wont be charged. Well.....I was charged 77.00 for tape and shrink wrap. His excuse was that our supplies were not up to their standards. The shrink wrap was exactly the same brand as theirs and the movers said our tape was a higher quality. ALSO I gave them 2 extra rolls of shrink wrap and a full case of tape that they took with them. Not sure why they would take it if it did not meet their standards. Then they finished the job at 4pm. When they asked me to sign I said it was 4pm not 545pm. The mover said it would be adjusted at the office. So instead of initialing the time with my initials I put the initials "NO". I emailed *** and told him about this and he said "Well you initialed it" and I said you better check as I put "NO". He then realized what I did and said he would look into it. They agreed to refund the hours only because I said I would stop the CC charge. They refused to credit my supplies. Nor would they credit any of the fuel surcharge. These guys are SCAM artists and they try to get you to initial everything knowing what they are doing. BEWARE of this company and as the reviews on here show they are extremely dishonest and try to prey on you when it is too late to cancel.

I was charged $200.00 for someone else's move in addition to mine and it has now been 8 business days and I have not received a refund.
I was charged $200.00 for a move on May 31st that I did not schedule. When I called to tell them I didn't schedule that move they told me that I did...My refund was not processed until 4 days later which I was told by another employee. It has now been 8 business days and I have not received a refund yet.

Desired Outcome

I want my refund and I want it documented that this company practices bad business habits.

In our system it shows there were two moves scheduled with us, each with a deposit of $100.00. Both of those deposits were refunded on 4/25/2017 to credit card ending in 5792 for a total refund of $200.00.

I have used All My Sons on my last three moves and I would give them a 5-Star rating for all three!!! They started early and finished early. Jeff & Fred were my two movers and I have to say they did a faster, better job than I even expected. The Room to Go delivers scratched up my newly painted walls going upstairs and I got them repainted before my move in date with AMS. After my move with AMS I forgot to remind the movers about the upstairs walls and I was worried about more scratches/dents. Turns out that I did not have to say anything because my walls were perfect and not touched. I was very happy about that indeed! I DO NOT enjoy moving but I can truly say that AMS made it a lot easier and I will ALWAYS recommend and use them in the future. Thanks again for a job well done, Jeff & Fred!

They are extremely deceptive about their quotes. When I was quoted $366 for a 1 bedroom/1 bath I thought I could handle that! I asked the lady who gave me the quote what the max would be and she stated that it would not be much more than that if they went a little over or if I wanted to use any of their materials. They called a few days before and I disclosed nearly every item that I owned as well as had everything packed already. Not much over ended up costing me nearly $900. They will quote you an affordable amount and lock you in with a deposit that is not included in the final bill amount. Do not trust them.

Call another company!!!! Mid day, 2:00 appointment. Company arrived at 6:45 P.M. Then it was stated it would be a 5 hour job. As a customer I never received a courtesy call to indicate a delay in service time. I cancelled the service for that day. Additionally, fuel cost is"High"12% compared to other companies 8% and they charge you additional for wrapping materials and use of number of pads. Other companies include materials in your one cost. Friendly driver and workers! However, the part owner and customer satisfaction was despicable! I felt he took the delayed arrival time too lightly.Let him put himself in my shoes...
