All My Sons Moving & Storage Reviews (%countItem)

This company was hired to move my household items from my apartment to a storage unit less than a mile away. The girl that originally set the move up said how experienced they were. I have pictures to prove otherwise. They're going to be sued for damages. She told me their was no travel time, only paying them from the time they showed up until they were done. She gave me the address and phone number to the local ofc that would be handling it. Blake *** has to be one of the most inept, incompetent, unqualified, dispatchers I've ever dealt with. Mark Meier isn't any better either. I worked household for 2 different companies, and was an O-T-R truck driver, I know exactly what this job entails. They flat out lied and claimed charges that never happened, of which I have substantial proof. A number of my boxes were smashed a items damaged. I have pictures. Somebody ought to school the "professionals", and tell them heavy boxes go on the bottom, lighter on the top. My friend, ***, paid by credit card. Charges have been disputed. Wonder if they know it's theft by deception to falsify claims? They're about to be prosecuted for theft. *** repeatedly asked for a statement of charges. They blew her off for over 2 days until they could craft what they were going to charge for. They charged for 6 rolls of tape when I had everything done. They charged for a king sz mattress bag. 1. I don't have a king sz mattress. 2. They didn't cover either of the 2 mattresses or box springs that I have. 3. And stole several of my brand new furniture pads of which I have the receipts.

Desired Outcome

Billing Adjustment One way or the other, they're going to reimburse ***'s credit card for their inflated charges. And I'm going to take them to court for my property damages.

All My Sons Moving & Storage Response • Mar 12, 2018

Good morning, thank you for your feedback, I am very sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations during the relocation with us, the claims forms were sent to you on 2/19/2018. Attached are the forms again, please complete and mail or email back to our office, thank you we look forward to addressing your concerns.

Movers stole multiple valuable jewelry items & the company indicated they cannot be liable.
Movers stole multiple valuable jewelry items during my move on Jan 06, 2018. They were packed in the jewelry box in a duffle bag on the moving truck & when I arrived to the new location, they were all missing. Including a very sentimental antique ring which cannot never be replaced, given to me by deceased mother & handed down to her from her deceased mother. I filed a police report & filed a claim with their headquarter office in Texas & their final outcome was that they cannot be liable. I constantly had to call, email them as they never contacted me on their own with any regard or compassion, nor was absolutely anything done to the criminal employees whom are still working there.

Desired Outcome

Discipline action against the employees whom still work there & some type of refund for the $984.12 moving service fee I paid or compensation for the valuable jewelry items their thieves stole.

Customer Response • Mar 01, 2018

Business Response /(1000, 5, 2018/03/01) */ This customer scheduled her move on 12/26 for a move date of 1/6/18. We confirmed the details of her move on 1/3 and provided an arrival window of 10a to noon. Our moving team arrived at 10am, and the customer stated everything was good during our quality assurance call to make sure move was meeting customer's expectations. The move was completed on 1/6/18. On 1/8/18, customer contacted us about missing jewelry, and we recommended the customer to fill out a police report. We stated we would cooperate fully with the police. On 1/9/18 the customer completed a police report with the Broward Sherriff Office. As of this date, there is no evidence indicating that any All My Sons employees had anything to do with this missing jewelry. Also, on page 2 on the customer's signed contract it states that "For your protection we do not transport the following items: Cash, firearms, jewelry, flamables. The customer signed agreeing to this. Also, in the customer"s claim it mentions that customer packed their jewelry in a black duffel bag with intentions to place in her car. We did not even pack this jewelry. The customer filed this Revdex.com complaint after we denied her claim asking us to pay for the missing jewelry. Consumer Response /(3000, 11, 2018/03/07) */ Also in response to the companies comment, the only reason I did not contact Revdex.com prior is because I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they would do the honorable & professional thing in regards to disciplinary action against the thieves & of course reimburse me in someway since a particular item as I mentioned prior has no meaning to them but cannot be replaced ever again. I called several times on Sat., Jan 06, 2018 & can download my phone records to prove it, their phone continued to ring & did not even have a voicemail to leave a message. When they contacted during the day of the move, of course I advised the representative that everything appeared to be fine since I started unpacking once they left & discovered the items missing at that point. Business Response /(4000, 15, 2018/03/09) */ The only new information in the customer's response is that she tried to contact the office after hours on Saturday evening and Sunday with no success. The facts are still the same. We have agreed to fully cooperate with the police during their investigation. As of this time, there is no evidence that anyone associated with All My Sons is involved with missing jewelry. Also, the customer did sign and agree to on page 2 of their moving contract that we do not move jewelry. The customer also acknowledged that we did not pack any jewelry. The customer packed their jewelry in a duffel bag, and had plans to move in their own car. This was stated in their statement. Then why did we move it? Consumer Response /(3000, 29, 2018/05/14) */ The investigation continued over the past months & Detective Pedro & Detective McGowan discovered two of the stolen items out of the five that were stolen at a Fort Lauderdale Pawn shop. They have indeed identified that it was one of the movers Glenn Smith & a Warrent for his arrest has been place. The receipt attached is the amount I had to pay upfront to release the two items from the pawn shop. During this entire process, the claims department & local Fort Lauderdale branch treated me as if I was the criminal. I am still missing three other pieces & this unacceptable which the company needs to compensate me for, as well reimbursement for the funds I paid the pawn shop & for the entire move that took place on Jan 06, 2018. Please contact Detective Pedro #XXX-XXX-XXXX & the Broward County Sheriff's office - Case # XX-XXXX-XXXXXX. Business Response /(4000, 32, 2018/05/15) */ The customer has been offered $790 to resolve her claim. In our first conversation, she verbally accepted this offer. However, she reached back out and requested more money or she would not "close out her Revdex.com claim". The offer of $790 is still available. Consumer Response /(3000, 35, 2018/05/16) */ That is not correct, as you can see I made my Revdex.com statement & attached the pawn shop receipt on Sun., May 13, 2018 prior to the claims dept from your Texas office contacting me on Mon., May 14, 2018. I clearly indicated in my statement I am due the reimbursement amount for the move as well. I was under impression that the claims department was separate from the local branch fort Lauderdale location & they handled the $790.00 amount & since your local branch handled the move that the moving amount should be reimbursed from the local branch. It amazes me that even their response shows lack of compassion takes no ownership that they were in the wrong this entire process. This needs to be resolved immediately, and I need to close this negative chapter once & for all. Business Response /(4000, 38, 2018/05/17) */ We has sent an increased offer letter to the customer. Consumer Response /(3000, 41, 2018/05/18) */ Please provide me with the letter offering the increase, as nothing was attached or send to my email on file in order for me to view the offer & move forward. Business Response /(4000, 43, 2018/05/21) */ Attached is the updated settlement agreement. Business Response /(4000, 47, 2018/05/22) */ ***Document Attached*** We have sent the customer an updated settlement for $1,774.12, she has accepted, signed and notarized. The document is attached, thank you! Consumer Response /(2000, 50, 2018/06/04) */ I finally received my settlement agreement after six months of battling, as far as I am concerned thttp://westpalmbeach.ebindr.com/report/Process%20Complaints.More%20Info,1,CID,XXXXXXXX,XXXXXXXX/?ebindr2=y&actioncode=-5&editrhe case has been resolved. My final thought on the entire process has been taxing & unnecessary on behalf of All My Sons Moving & Storage. Instead of them sympathizing with the theft of my items, they made me feel as if I was in the wrong. For the future I hope that no one else has to experience what I went through.

in St. Louis decided to cancel the appointment he had made with my client. Thankfully we were able to find an amazing moving company who stepped up for this family who were left to figure things out. I am a St. Louis Realtor and would not ever recommend this company especially after speaking with *** who admits to cancelling the movers without authorization from the client. He also hung up on me. High Unprofessional Company!

I called All my Sons for a quote. They sent someone to my home gave the the total price in writing. She told me about what the company stands for and the experience I would have using their company. Their pricing was competitive and I went with All My Sons. I was just looking for help moving the big things. Like the dresser bed washer dryer. But as we got closer to my moving date. All My Sons called to check up on me and asked how the packing was coming along. Poorly honestly who likes packing? So they agreed to help me pack on move day. I have to say Kevin and True yes one of the drivers name is True. Were fantastic simply fantastic. They were fast They didn't break anything. they wrapped everything to make sure it didn't get damaged. The office even called me about an hour in my move to make sure they were doing a great job. I had a great experience with All My Sons from start to finish. 100% will use again.

My wife and I were very pleased with the movers, they were professional and had us moves ahead of schedule. The staff were attentive, answered our questions and followed through. We highly recommend All My Sons for your moving.

We hired All My Sons Moving company here in ***. We explained that we needed a 2 bedroom apartment packed and moved as well as a storage unit that was already packed but just needed loaded up and moved. My husband spoke to them 3 or 4 times prior to the move. We were told it would only cost a little more than $1k to pack and move the 2 locations to our final home. They were supposed to arrive at 8 am.

At 9 am my husband called the movers. They said they were on the way. They finally arrived at 10:30am without any packing materials! Claimed they knew nothing about packing us up. We waited until 11:30 am for someone to show up with the packing materials. They finally started packing around noon. Every hour all 4 (very large and muscular) movers took a break. (We were paying by the hour!)

We own a store in a local mall and we had a little emergency so my husband offers to go to the store for me so I could finish the move. Being in a wheelchair he felt like this was the best option. He left at 3:30.

Around 5, the movers asked where my husband was and when he would be back. (Should have been red flag #1 for me). They finish packing and loading the apartment around 5:30 and then informed me that they will meet me at the new house. The driver planned to go to a drive through on the way so he wouldn't be long behind me.

I arrived at the house at 6pm. The movers never arrived until 7pm. It was only a 20 minute drive.

The minute they walked into the house, they immediately told me that they didn't have time to unload the truck or to get the items in storage so they would come back tomorrow. (Again, I am paying by the hour). I told them they had all of our clothing and hygiene items as well as every medical device my husband uses daily on that truck and that there wasn't an option of unloading tomorrow.

Here. We. Go.

We are standing at the kitchen counter going over paperwork. He shows the final charges to me. Almost $3k!! I asked if that included the pickup of the storage unit the next day. He had no idea. He made a comment about how nice my wedding set was. (Red flag #2). I completely ignored him.

The guy in charge called his boss back at the office and put me on the phone. I was informed that the charge was only for the day and that the storage unit would be extra. I made the comment that the charges were more than $2k over what we were quoted and to please cancel the moving of the storage unit for the next day. I just wanted everything unloaded immediately and to be finished with them.

This man screamed, cussed and verbally threatened me with physical harm. Told me he was removing every item from our home and that I wouldn't get anything. I again (scarily calm) told him all of my husbands medical equipment was on that truck and I would be blocking the driveway and calling the police.

All *** broke loose.

The guy in charge at my home puffed out his chest and stood in front of me telling me how nice of a house we had and that the police wouldn't help me.

I ran out of the house without anything but my phone.

As I was dialing 911 he ran after me and told me to please wait that we could work this out. Like a mn I didn't hit the call button on my phone but I told him not to come any closer to me.

He told me they would unload everything and be gone just as soon as I paid him.

I paid. They unloaded and finally left around 9 pm. I locked every door and checked all windows.

They have destroyed a brand new master bedroom set and a brand new couch. Both are only a year old. Many other items have been broken as well.

Warn everyone you know about All My Sons Moving company. In all the moves we have ever been through, (army life) have never in my life been afraid of them. I was scared.

These men knew my husband had serious medical needs, was in a wheelchair and was a severely injured veteran. They did not care. If I wouldn't have paid them the amount they demanded they would have kept his breathing machine and other medical necessities hostage.

They have sent us a letter offering only $445 to cover our new furniture. We are now looking for an attorney to help us recover all of our money along with damages.

I was hesitant to hire any moving company, because I had a specific budget, and wasn't sure the price could be met. I called All My Sons and had a frank conversation with the representative about the cost of moving the stuff from my apartment to one down the street. At the initial price quote, I indicated it was too high, and the representative asked me a few other questions, after which he advised the cost would end up fitting in my budget since I didn't have a large dining set.

Unknown to me, he didn't advise there is minimum driving charge. So, no matter that the drive was less than five minutes, I would be charged for an hour of driving time.

When the final price came out to almost 100% more than was quoted, we contacted the sales manager and discussed that this wasn't acceptable. He gave an initial discount, though nothing to bring the price even close to the initial estimate we were given.

On the initial call, we were promised 3 movers with a $10/hour discount. 2 movers presented, and we were given a $5/hour discount instead of the $10/hour discount. This has yet to be rectified.

We were charged for 2.4 hours of labor when there were only 2 hours of labor. This has yet to be rectified.

We were charged for 1 hour of driving time where there were only 10 minutes of driving time at most. At the initial estimate, we were not advised of the 1 hour minimum drive time charge. This has yet to be rectified.

The fuel charge of 9% was charged based on the charges above, which are incorrect, therefore the fuel charge needs to be recalculated. This has yet to be rectified.

There were other hidden fees, but we factored it into our budget, realizing companies like this have a fair level of dishonesty that just has to be dealt with. However, a 100% difference in the call center estimate versus the actual charge is entirely unacceptable. I allege All My Sons is engaging in unethical sales practices. We have tried to negotiate with them over the phone to explain our position, but they aggressively refuse. They have given us a credit, but they refuse to match or even negotiate close to the price we were quoted and refuse to take responsibility for any mistake of the call center employee. They sales manager contacted us by phone, yelled at us, and accused us of failing to do our part after which he promptly hung up on us. We have recorded the call and may take this issue to small claims court if not rectified by the company.

We were so blessed to have All My Sons moving and storage moving our son?s bed frame and furniture. They did everything so carefully and efficiently. 5 stars for them!

Just used this company 1/13/18. They stole a dewalt drill, smashed my flat screen, damaged all my bedroom furniture , dropped my refrigerator. Also noticed a work out bench in their truck that did not belong to us so I?m assuming they stole that from a previous customer. Filed a claim sent multiple emails and they refuse to do anything. They keep saying they don?t have the claim.

I got a quote from All My Sons Moving on a Monday, and I was please with the price. Then they called me every day although I had mentioned that I had nothing defined yet. On Friday of that week, I closed with them and paid 100 down-payment. I received no email of confirmation. One of the Operations Managers telephones me addressing me 3 times by a wrong name. So I had doubts of their efficiency and said so. Afterward another managers calls me and tells me he did not like my tone, and decides to cancel the moving! They said they would refund my down-payment, let's see if they do it. Very bad customer service.

The actual movers were fine aside from damaging 2 items, they were polite and considerate. The problem however lies with the fact they dont tell you the initial $129 an hr (min 2 hrs) is NOT included in the count of the hours worked..Nor did they explain the 9% travel time from they're home base and back.. what should've cost me less than $500 ended up costing $728..I would never recommend this company nor use them again to move.

WORST MOVING COMPANY OUT THERE!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!! They sent 3 people to move a three bedroom apartment into our newly remodeled home. From the minute they walk into the unit, they immediately want you to sign your life away on the stack of papers they need before moving you. The communication between the company and the drivers is unbelievable. They had no clue of the added service we paid for nor did they know of a second stop that needed to be done before delivering our furniture to the new home. One of the three men had absolutely no experience in moving. He talked more than he worked. he told us about his job in virginia and how he started working 2 days earlier. He moved boxes and furniture without a care of damaging it or the unit. When they finally finished. My wife didn't noticed all the damage they left to our new home. such as a dent made with the hand truck, a deep scratch to the entrance door, ripped door molding to the garage door, a dent to the new molding around the entrance into another room, They damaged a light fixture outside the front door. They also left behind furniture in the master bedroom unwrapped with tape and padding. they did not put the mirror dresser back together and claimed they could not find the bars that went with it or the screws that they removed. They left a glass table top wrapped in padding with tape leaning on a wall. When I called the office over the weekend there is no one you can reach. I called the sales rep on his cell and left two voicemail messages. again no return call. I blew up the drivers phone and he finally returned a call back. After going over all the issues he promised to return to finish what was not completed. NEVER SHOWED UP!!!!!! On tuesday morning January 2nd, 2018 I was able to reach someone at the office. They sent me over to a claims department but before that said they would get the drivers side of the story and get back to me. I should have done better research on this company and read all the negative reviews. I will update this review once all the issues have been resolved. If not I will be making a complaint with the Revdex.com and will make it my life long mission to warn everyone on social media including local news of what to expect when hiring this moving company. I will keep my fingers crossed but I won't hold my breath! Stay away!!!!!!

This company did such a poor job moving us I felt compelled to warn others to run...don't walk...run from them. Workers on the crew were disgruntled and repeatedly voiced many complaints against the company. Their dissatisfaction carried over to the poor job they did for us. They were unorganized and careless. Numerous boxes were not labeled at the old house so there was no idea where to put them at the new house. Even when boxes were labeled, they were frequently placed in the incorrect room because they were offloaded with boxes from another room. Contents of 4-5 kitchen drawers were literally dumped into one box that was about 36" tall...what a mess to unpack.
They failed to wrap or box many items and just placed them loosely in the truck (like cloth lampshades, throw blankets, etc). They failed to wrap one solid oak table and took a huge gouge out of it (I'm waiting to see how they offer to correct that), and also took a huge gash out of the drywall in the old house moving a small piece of furniture in a reckless manner. They failed to label the rails from each bed as it was disassembled and then asked me which rails went with which bed when unpacking. I found the wheels for several bed rails out in my driveway the following day because they failed to secure those.
They arrived with a small truck to move all contents out of a 3200+ sq. ft. house and, of course, had to make two trips and the nightmare didn't end until 9pm. At that time they still had not completed the job but we just told them to leave.
I'm filing this as a review rather than as a complaint because I'm not asking for a resolution from the company. I really just want to warn others because when I checked this site before hiring them I didn't find any comments or reviews and thought that was a good thing. My mistake.

I hired All My Sons in June of 2016 to move my belongings from a 1-bedroom apartment to a 2-bedroom condo. I had 85% of my items ready to move on the day scheduled. I had already given them a deposit on my credit card for a rate of $165 an hour for 3 movers. The move was scheduled for 12:00 pm. 4 movers showed up at 9:30 am and I told them I still had 2 closets and the bathroom to finish packing and could they return at noon as scheduled? They agreed. At noon two of the movers returned and said that I needed to call their boss because they would not be moving me that day. I called and spoke with the head guy and he told me that the movers had told him that my apartment looked like 'a hoarders' and that the place was 'toxic' . He told me that I would need to make other arrangements for the move. He said he would credit my deposit the $$ and it would show up on my next statement.
I talked with my guy friend who was there to help me box the remaining stuff in the bathrooms and 2 closets. He said he didn't think that was legal as the $$ deposit should have been a contract to move my belongings as planned. One of the movers stepped up and said that the 2 of them would do it for $750 cash. As I was supposed to vacate my apt. in 2 days I had no choice but to take them up on their offer. They said they would rent a U-Haul truck and be back in 30 minutes. The showed up and started the moving process. My friend loaded my stereo equipment and other valuables in his pickup truck and left to take them to the condo. When he returned, the movers were arguing with me about why he wasn't helping with the lifting and carrying the boxes down one flight a stairs and loading them in the U-Haul. I told them that he was not there to help them, but to help me. After they loaded the U-Haul (which was the smallest box truck that you could rent) and unloaded it in the condo, they told me they wanted to be paid. I told them that there was still furniture and a bunch of boxes and that they had agreed to move my stuff, not part of my stuff. They agreed to go back to the apt. and pick up the furniture, but not the boxes. I had my friend follow them to make sure that they came back with everything, but they just brought back the furniture. They left about 20 boxes behind. They unloaded the furniture and said they were done for the day. I asked them why they didn't bring everything and they said they thought my friend should move the rest of it himself. They were rather large-framed men and I felt that I should not agitate the situation any further. The main guy *** told me he wanted me to pay him the $750. I didn't have any choice but to pay him so he would leave.
I was very intimidated by the situation and I felt that had I originally had 3 movers (as promised) that the work could have been done in less time with less cost. I honestly believe that this is not the first time this company has done a 'switch' on their customers. My apartment was not toxic and the fact that the living room was filled with boxes did not indicate that I was a hoarder, just someone with a living room filled with a lot of boxes ready to move. This was the WORST move I had ever undertaken and would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Services were not executed as contracted. All My Sons demanded additional payment under duress and fraudulent confiscation of my goods.
Throughout my moving experience and business with All My Sons of Dallas (All My Sons) they exhibited some of "moving fraud red flags" as outlined on the FMCSA - Protect Your Move website.
I reached out All My Sons for a quote moving services. The services I requested included unpacking a 16-foot pod, placing a few times in storage which was onsite of the apartment complex, and assembling two beds as well as an entertainment set.
Ahead of the move they estimated that the move would only take 2 hours with an additional hour of travel time. The hourly rate was quoted at $119/hr for a total of $357. They requested a deposit of $250 which was large and more than half of the quoted service.
Prior to the movers arriving half of the pod was already unloaded by family and friends, leaving half a pod to be unloaded.
Upon arrival the moving crew requested that I sign documentation to confirm the work agreed upon. This documentation added 2 hours to the estimated time BEFORE the crew has assessed the items that needed to be moved. NOTE: This additional time was supposed to be agreed to ahead of the movers even beginning their work for the agreed upon two hours of work.
As the crew was working, I informed the All My Sons operations manager that the crew was being inefficient in the handling of the goods, which could result in additional time being added which ultimately at a cost to me. In response to my complaint, the operations/management team placed a stop work order, closed the doors on the truck and would not allow me to get my goods off the truck until I made an additional payment. This is all without the crew completing the original 2 hours agreed upon in our contract.
When talking with the All My Sons operations / management team, they informed me that if the additional payment was not made they would 1: Keep my goods and 2: Charge an additional fee for storage and transport of the items.
In order to receive my goods, I was charged an additional $283.12, in which All My Sons still did execute on all of the agreed upon services. After which it only took the workers 1 hour to unload the remaining half pod with assistance from a family friend.
NOTE: The additional charges are reflected in the final bill, but there is no line item listed as to why they were incurred.

Desired Outcome

Due to the hassle of the move execution and the time to execute was underneath the actual estimate I would like a total of $402.12 reimbursed to me. This includes the following costs: o $283.12 which was the additional release fee for my goods, that I believe were fraudulently held. o $119.00 for one hour removed from the estimate since the movers only worked for an hour with assistance to complete the remaining move-related work.

Customers are not charged more, these features are included in the price, because this was a labor only job, the minimum was only charged

The business did not offer a proposed solution to the claim. They instead provided a defense to the charges.

Awesome men!! Diana was great. She explained everything that was going to happen and it went just as she said it would. Absolutely a great experience! The 3 men who moved us worked like 6 men. They were professional, timely, and worked extremely hard to get our move completed in one day. I will recommend All My Son's to my friends and will definitely call them again when we are ready to move!!

Stolen property. Gratuity refunded. Service not completed. Charged unnecessary fees
On 12/30/2017 AMS was hired to move my property into a new unit within the same building. Shorty after my three movers left I discovered that a felony took place in my home. My handgun, which was present that morning was now gone. I immediately called the movers, the GM, Ryan, and the police to file a report. While the officer was at my home taking my statement a conference call into the GM was made to obtain information about the background and what sort of screening takes place during the hiring of the movers. Ryan fumbled abound this question before eventually answering "not much of a background check, but there are some drug charges". So individuals with a criminal record were let into my home by AMS

At first Ryan was very helpful, offered me any assistance he could to help resolve this matter. I am now a month down the road and we are no closer today to resolving this matter than we were the day it occurred. The police are currently investigating this matter.

Next, the fees I was charged upon looking st my bill were strange. I moved from a bottom floor apartment to a 3rd floor apartment within the same building, and was charged a fuel surcharge and drive time fee. None of which were incurred as none of my belongings even went into their truck. But they were more than happy to make sure they charged me the minimum fee. On top of all this, the movers didn't even move my closet, or office area. So I spent the next day doing those two rooms myself.

Lastly the gratuity of roughly 40 dollars was promised to be reimbursed to me, this was again over 2 weeks ago. Still no sign of that.

It seems I have only received the run around with AMS with empty promises of resolutions, therefore I am taking matters into my own hands. I was promised today to have a phone call from the GM, which I never received.

Desired Outcome

Reimbursement of my stolen property in full Glock 23 handgun, holster, and magizene Refund of gratuity to movers Refund of fuel surcharge and drive time as this was not incurred.

All My Sons Moving & Storage Response

The customer has been in touch with our claims department, All My Sons is cooperating with the police investigation. It clearly states on our BOL that the shipper will transport any cash, firearms, jewelry or flammables separately

We booked All My Sons about a week ago for our move on 16 December. They called on 15 December to confirm an 8-9 am arrival. Lo and behold they're now calling us at 8:30 a.m. on 16 December to cancel, leaving us with a houseful of packed belongings and furniture and nowhere to go. This is simply the worst customer service we have faced from any sector in quite some time. Please consider taking your business elsewhere.

Please do not use this company.. I have had positive experiences with Honest and True and 2 Guys and a Truck...this company is a scam...9.5 hours to move a 2 bed and 2 bath condo!!!...it's been a 5 hour job in the past!!..then they won't unload the truck unless you pay!! so basically holding your belongings hostage. (nothing in print about that) Patrick R in the office is worthless and John offers no results either. I have sent an e-mail to the owner of the company Linda D and she hasn't replied to me yet!....$1,754 dollars is what they charged me. It was an 800 dollar job the last 2 times I moved!!, they offered me a 250 dollar refund and then a 329 dollar refund, so still wanted me to pay 1,400...what a joke!!, I can go on and on.......PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.....Revdex.com can contact me anytime they like....I have nothing to lie about!!!......look at YELP reviews and reviews on this site...I feel bad if anyone would ever use this company again.....91% negative reviews on this site says it all...

Estimator came out to my home and made an estimate on the weight and said that we would need to pay the entire amount upfront regardless of over and or under weight. They do not weigh it he said. The full amount was due even before items were even loaded onto the truck. Upon arrival to the destination… The trucking company did not have an inventory list and I was forced to sign off on items even though there was no list to compare it to. Items were broken and damaged including a dresser that I had to trash… All my hanging boxes were crushed… They did not disassemble a table and it was damaged in the move. Missing bed frame screws as they randomly threw them in a box.
Communication with the office was horrible at best. Every phone number that was listed in the first place had a recording that said they did not receive incoming calls and you were left hanging most of the time. Day of the move… The lead mover locked himself in the master bathroom for 30 minutes despite my knock on the door he never answered. I had to call the main office or try to reach someone to see if there was something wrong. They said there was nothing they could do and eventually he came out. There was no ramp used on the stairs and subsequently my wood front steps were shredded. I asked if they could resolve the issue of using those wood stairs without a ramp and they said they don?t carry more than one ramp and continued to shred the stairs. Overall payment was extremely high and they justified it by saying it was two days after Thanksgiving. A terrible experience and I will go back to using different moving company if I ever move again
