They were prompt. They moved fast. My files and my husbands tool box got dropped or something because all the files were put back in a very haphazard order. My husbands Tools were scattered all to the back of the drawers. I let them use my rest room and my jewelry was taken, mostly sentimental, some gold. My fault in trusting them. Anyway, when I complained to someone in Fort Worth, he said he would ask them if they took the jewelry. Of course they said no. He asked me what did I want to do about it? I said never mind, it was stressful enough going thru the move, I did not need any more problems.
Never use this company unless you want to get scammed

All My Sons Account XXXXXXX
All My Sons cancelled one hour before they were scheduled to arrive on 3/1/2020.
They will not refund my $100 deposit. I asked for my deposit to be refunded on 3/1/20. I've called three times since requesting status on the refund. The first time I called, the rep said it would be refunded in 3 business days. The second time I called, the rep said the manager would manually refund the deposit that day. The third time I called, the rep said they couldn't find my account.
Refund $100.00 deposit back to my account. All My Sons Movers cancelled and did not provide moving service.
Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to address your concerns. Please accept our sincere apology regarding your refund not being issued. We have sent an expedited request to have your refund applied to the card on file. The request will be processed within 48 hours. Please allow 3-5 business days to see the funds in your account. We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused. Thank you for your feedback and for being a customer.

Guys were great. Damien and Ryan worked out all the details with me. Dennis was really friendly with my dog. Thanks AMS
The worst company I've ever used! They were 3 hours late the first day to pack us and 1-1/2 hours the next day. They lied about discounting the price if we packed some stuff ourselves which we did. They couldn't fit all of our stuff on the truck (they had come to our house to view items and give quote). They delivered our 1st load and didn't put any beds together as promised. When I called to see about the 2nd delivery of our stuff they were so rude and said it would be 2 weeks later. When they finally delivered the rest of our stuff several items were missing!!! The absolute worst experience and so stressful!!
All My Sons filed documentation with Amex, forged my signature and attempted to cheat me out of $125 that was owed to me after using their services.
To Whom it may Concern.
I retained All My Sons to move a bed that I bought in Dallas to be delivered to my home in Southlake.
First and foremost, when they presented a copy of the agreement to American Express during the inquire of the refund, All My Sons presented a copy of an agreement that did not include my signature; someone has forged my name. This is a grave concern and people should be aware!
Second, I was quoted over the phone and the claim is supported in the forged documents as well a minimum rate of 3 hours @ $109.00 per hour. They had a 14% tax to cover miscellaneous and charged $56.95 for materials.
All of these costs are broken down and shown on Exhibit 2 which is a copy of a page All My Sons sent to American Express challenging my request for credit (who has since reversed and credited my card). On exhibit 2, along the left-hand side, you will see where they have detailed the total charges and costs for the job showing a total charge of 565.10 with a total amount collected of 690.00; detailing a credit owed to me of 124.90. On Exhibit 3, you will notice they clearly have lied about the refund in their opening remarks to American Express stating the total amount of the move was $690 in an effort to keep my money.
As stated, American Express has credited me this amount and people should be aware of All My Sons unethical practices.
Yours truly,
jwb
Credit and apology for attempting to steal from me and forging my name to a document I clearly did not sign.

One of the All My Sons movers who packed my good showed up smelling strongly of weed. Look, I'm not anti-weed, but it clearly affected their work. As I opened boxes today that he packed yesterday, I see that he dumped assorted goods in without ensuring they were protected by paper/bubble wrap (including clay figurines, porcelain, and glass items). One of my canvas artworks was not wrapped or boxed at all, they merely threw it in the back of the truck (I have photos of the inside of the truck from as soon as they arrived) and much of the paint was scraped off. A mirror was completely shattered. A glass panel for my entertainment center was missing (I didn't notice until the following morning because it was hidden behind boxes), and then I discovered bits of glass chunks on my floor behind boxes they offloaded in the living room. That is, they broke part of my entertainment center, didn't tell me about it, and tried to hide it. And this is all without mentioning that my fiancee's ring somehow went missing yesterday while the movers were there (she has filed a police report). In addition, the movers showed up to the offloading destination over an hour later than they told me they would over the phone. They called and said they were 40 minutes away originally, then did not bother to tell me they'd arrive much later--so I sat around outside in the cold waiting. When I tried calling once, he did not answer and did not attempt to return my call.
While packing, they tried to leave early twice. This was without doing an entire room and without even doing half the cabinets in the kitchen. They literally shut the doors on the moving truck and I had to stop them and bring them back inside. They were completely out of it. They didn't bring any packing paper with them even though they knew they'd be packing all my stuff, including kitchen items like plates and bowls. They told me and my fiancee when they arrived that I'd have to go buy some at Home Depot. When I called All My Sons directly, they had someone bring us paper--but not until after I went to Home Depot. Then they ran out of boxes to pack my stuff and had to have that same man come out again to bring more boxes. The entire day was a disaster.
I hired All My Sons for 1 reason, they said they could move my safe with 3 people and that is the price per hour we were quoted. They get to my house and start their time 30 min after the time started they actually got to work. What were they doing during those 30 minutes? Explaining that they cannot move my safe and it would require 6 movers (I have had 2 people move my safe in the past, it's only 600lbs ground floor no stairs). Then we were charged 2 hours of travel!! That was not discussed ahead of time. So they didn't move the one thing I hired them for AND charged us an extra 324.00 for 2 hours of travel afterwards.
If I could give this company negative stars, I would. The man I worked with was James ***, my closing got delayed, so we had to reschedule my move. Someone ended up scheduling another move in my place, so I was forced to cancel and get my deposit back, then find new movers. As if that wasn’t bad enough, they didn’t credit my entire deposit back, they shorted me by $200!! Needless to say, I am fighting with my bank on this, since James never would respond back!! Worst, unethical company I have dealt with in a long time!!! Beware!!!
Cook Val Atlas & Teddy Were absolutely amazing such a great experience would recommend any body too these guys
STAY AWAY!! Worst experience with movers in my life. We had quotes from 3 different companies and All My Sons stated that they were the cheapest after we asked for an all-in estimate. We asked them to include ALL costs and fees that would be involved. The other two companies were available days earlier but we went with All My Sons because of their upfront pricing - man were we wrong. The final amount came out much much higher than their estimates and included fees that were never brought up to us before. Please please save your sanity and your money and choose anyone else
Tyler, Tate, and Chris did a very good job on Saturday. They had great attitudes.
Unfortunately during the move, one door broke off our classic A. Brandt Ranch Oak dining room cabinet; hopefully this will get taken care of as promised.
I was very surprised how expensive it costs to hire a moving company. My pocketbook is still reeling. The quote I received showed only the minimum cost of 3 hours. It took 5 hours - plus, the additional charges/fees add up quickly. OUCH!!
I am totally unimpressed that All My Sons is the "official mover of the Dallas Cowboys" - perhaps if they didn't have to pay so much for that privilege that they could lower their costs and put their customers FIRST.
WARNING! D+ rating should tell you everything you need to know about these shysters
Scheduled for move-out on 12/13/2019. Was quoted $109/hour which was for two movers, one truck, as long as it takes. I agreed to this. Was originally promised morning move but was then changed to afternoon - also agreed to this. Was told the move would be between 12p - 4p. Movers didn't show up until 1:25 p.m. Took over two hours to empty out a fully packed small two-bedroom apartment.
Movers said they would disassemble bed frame and re-assemble at destination. Was promised/guaranteed this by All My Sons customer service including the movers.
Movers can't do that. Why not? They don't have the right tools to disassemble the bed frame.
Was told by mover, on the spot, they have to come back the next day, 12/14/2019, and will bring the right tool. No extra charge, this is part of the moving cost, so it won't cost me, the customer. I accept this and understand. We thankfully don't have to be out of the apartment until next week so we have time.
Movers finally finish and they take off. I had to pick up two dogs across town. The drive is only 30 minutes from apartment to house, and it took me 45 minutes due to my pick-up of the dogs.
I beat the movers to my destination.
They start to unload and I'm presented with a moving bill close to $1,000
I had several other companies come in at bids of $405 - $700, total.
I pay them with credit card (shakedown tactics on their end) and they start to unload.
They then complain about having to put furniture WHERE IT BELONGS and tell us that they need to get done quickly because if not, their manager will charge me more money for working later than we had agreed (???) and it would be time-and-a-half.
I told them to start dropping boxes in my living room but get the furniture where it needs to be. Movers DO NOT PUT MIRROR ON DRESSER, SAY THEY WILL DO IT NEXT DAY WHEN THEY DELIVER BED FRAME. More short-cuts.
FAST FORWARD TO SATURDAY, NEXT DAY
Wife was called by mover who was supposed to go back and disassemble bed frame. It will now cost $75 more due to "fuel surcharge"
I call the manager, Drew.
Drew is short, nasty, hostile, snotty. He keeps telling me the tool to break down my bedframe is "proprietary" and that his crew doesn't carry "proprietary tools" in their bags.....yet....they suddenly have the "proprietary tool" at the office and will bring it, for $75 more. I told him his mover told me and my wife yesterday - 3 times - that there would be no charge. Drew cut me off and said, “Did you hear that from me? Did you call me to verify that?” That’s not for me to do I informed him and he laughed at me on the phone. I then told him that if his staff didn’t do that and was supposed to, his staff was being insubordinate, or, his staff aren’t properly trained and don’t know how to do their jobs.
Drew’s response was to continue laughing at me and saying “Whatever, whatever, Merry Christmas” over and over. The phone then went silent, unsure if he hung up or I did.
Called back, asked to speak with corporate - I was re-connected with Drew. He continues to berate me, calling me “the most rude and condescending person” he’s every spoken with. This is coming from someone who repeatedly cut me off, wouldn’t allow me to state the problem - he wanted me to give him a solution, and when I did which is to honor what your workers said they would - he said either pay $75 or it’s not happening. I explained - again - to him that it’s not my job to follow-up with him after his workers tell me something. Additionally, I explained that if they lacked a certain tool, again, that’s not my fault.
Drew eventually agreed to send movers out, free of charge on Sunday, to move the bedframe.
Fast forward to Sunday. Different crew arrives They are professional and have NO TROUBLE disassembling the bed frame. They get it to the house and I asked them to explain what they had to do with the special tool. Both movers looked at each other funny and the driver then said “Come here” and took me upstairs to the bedroom where the bedframe is. Driver said, “The tool is called an allen wrench. It required me to remove these two small pieces here, but no, no special tools, nothing proprietary at all. Just takes using your head.” The driver showed me what he did, and, it’s very simple to remove the boards with a proper allen wrench.
Also, this second crew assembled our dresser which was left in pieces, actually moved our furniture to its proper place.
The second crew did what the first one should have done and with no complaints.
The first crew was slow and didn’t want to do the work I paid them to do.
Drew accused me of being condescending. Drew is a liar, attempted to cheat me out of more money, has improperly trained staff as evidenced by their behaviors and lack of ability to make a phonecall, and unprofessional. He had no desire to listen and make resolution and demonstrated that, if you have a customer who is upset, it’s best to listen and find a working solution. He was dishonest, and he tried to scam me and my wife.
Look at the ratings of this particular All My Sons and you will see it is consistently slammed on every site.
STAY AWAY! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED BY ME AND MANY OTHERS!
Stay clear ***
We have moved 7 times in the last 12 years and this was our 4th out of state move so we understand the pack and load service very well. We had an initial consultation with Charlie who was very helpful and respectful and agreed on a price from FL - NC of $9400. I thought this was a little expensive given we have done further moves in the past for a similar price but we needed a premium service so I agreed to pay the premium price.
Our pack and load team arrived on Day 1 and had most of the house was packed up the first day. (3600 sq ft, 4 BR, 7 people). That should have been my first red flag but we were so busy at the time I didn't pay enough attention. On the second day a crew of 8-10 guys arrived to help finish the packing and load up. It was chaos to say the least. There were helpers frantically getting things in to the truck. It was around 10am when I checked on them. I said "there are some beers in the fridge you can have when you're done". When I opened the fridge to show them where they were, they had already drank them! One guy asked me if I wanted the fishing pole in the garage (so we're shopping for my stuff now?) I said of course not load it on to the truck. It never made it to NC. Stolen.
When the contents were all done I signed the forms and got them out of there. I was closing on the house the next day and still had to clean! There was red Gatorade spilled on the tiles and then I discovered more on the carpet! There were deep scratches on the walls on the stairway that I had to fill and paint. But I got it all cleaned and the house sold and we came to NC.
When the un-loaders arrived they were a local crew who All My Sons had sub-contracted. They, with the All My Sons driver, immediately commented on the condition of the boxes. They looked like someone had played football with them. This happened during the packing and loading phase. Boxes were dented and ripped, Tupperware bins were cracked and broken and I was worried about the contents. Very few of the boxes were labeled correctly. In fact the boxes had been used for previous moves and so there were labels on the boxes that didn't' correspond with our contents or rooms. We had to open some boxes just to see what was in there. We found random items just shoved in a box. A TV stand with a child's bike. Picture frames and ceramic bowls all broken. Throughout the unload the crew were great, careful, respectful and professional.
We got everything in to the home and my Wife and I began the task of opening boxes. We found the contents to be barely wrapped or not wrapped at all. Pictures with glass panes stacked in a box and not wrapped. Loose ceramic bowls. A Bluray player not wrapped and in a box that was thrown around. What did they think was going to happen? Just no pride or care taken with the pack and load. No regard for our property. A terrible service.
Obviously I contacted All My Sons. In the last 10 days I have spoken to Jessica (who sent me a claim form to claim for damaged or lost items) then Joe and then John. All who said they "would get this taken care of." It's been 5 days now and I've made multiple reach outs and not heard back from anyone.
Filing a claim won't fix the fact that I paid for a premium service and did not get anything close to that. I would not recommend this company at all. Go somewhere else where customers are valued, where customer service exists and where problems are addressed and resolved professionally.
*** Update - I filed a claim for stolen and damaged goods and was offered a settlement of $13.20!!!!!
Zero customer service. No effort to replace broken or stolen items. No effort to compensate for the gatorade spilled over the carpet and floors, no effort to compensate for the scratches on the walls, no effort to address the alcohol drank onsite before 10am by the loading team, no effort made to compensate for the hours and hours I have had to spend on the phone with 5 different people from All my Sons.
I called them and got an initial quote of $139 an hour minimum 2 hours. They charged me 510 and it took less than an hour for the whole move.
I called them, was quoted 139 an hour minimum 2 hours. They called me back an hour later to confirm the reservation. After giving them my $100 non-refundable deposit they then added in that there would be a minimum 1 hour, $139 drive time fee which I thought was included in the minimum 2 hour charge, and then they said something about a 14% charge but didn't outline what it was for. My move was for a 1 bedroom apartment and it was only a 7 mile move. After they packed everything and got to the new apartment they then presented my total of $510 dollars and asked me to pay, I went ahead and did it knowing there wasn't much I could do at that point. They then sent me the bill which outlined that it's a 2 hour minimum charge for labor and on top of that it's a 1 hour drive time charge minimum no matter how far you go, and then add in the packing materials they used, which they charged me for after never saying I would be charged for it, and the 14% gas fee, it was the $510 total. Turns out no matter how few things you have, no matter how far you are going, they are always going to charge you a minimum of $510 dollars, and they don't come close to telling you any of that until after they have your $100 non-refundable deposit.
I thought I would get charged $278 for my very easy very fast move based on their original quote, I got charged $510, I would like my $232 back.
this was not a binding move, it was billed according to the actual time involved.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This is still negligence on the part of the company, they don't give anywhere close to a full quote of everything that will be charged until after they have a non-refundable deposit.
Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to address your concerns regarding the cost of the move. Please accept our sincere apology regarding your moving experience. After carefully researching the details regarding your billing rate, we show the quote you were provided with was a non-binding quote which means if the move takes longer than the minimum quoted time, there will be additional charges. The information regarding fuel surcharge, minimum quote and labor charges were also provided in your booking confirmation email sent out on 12/06/2019 around 5:11pm. We send out this email to every customer to ensure they understand our billing process. Please keep in mind that as a company we do bill an hourly rate along with a fuel surcharge and this is charged to each applicable customer that we service. The true total of your move is always calculated upon completion of the moving process. We always welcome feedback from our customers as it allows us to enhance and make improvements regarding the customer experience and ultimately helps in empowering positive change within our business. We appreciate your business and hope you'll consider using us for your future moving needs.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Longer than the quoted time? The entire move took less than an hour, I was billed for 2 hours, on top of gas.
All My Son’s Moving and Storage over charged me and destroyed my property. Five months later, I still have received no reconciliation. I would not recommend using this company. They are crooks.
If 'no stars' was an option, it would be selected. If you honestly have morals, and care about your personal items- go elsewhere. Unfortunately, I experienced what could be the worse move I've ever had. Not only was the move a complete disaster, the service in which the employees displayed- as a representation of your company - is appalling. I am a small business owner of over 30 years, if my employees acted in a manner that was detrimental to my company's success and reputation, I would be horrified and would want to know about it. To summarize, the moving truck broke down a block from the home, after being packed- the employees were less than professional. Between the smoking on our property, using their phones instead of packing, arriving without tools to take apart furniture, showing up with no moving boxes, and the consistent cursing- we were appalled. Multiple hand made wood tables from my late father in-law were scratched, they didn't use blankets to cover them, mirrors were broken, fragile items were broken (they didn't wrap them), furniture was delivered without wheels. The same day I paid a visit to the Tucson location, to find my broken mirrors on the ground, my plants leaves on the ground, and the wheels to furniture broken near another moving truck. In speaking to Damian, he could care less about priceless items broken- and has yet to call back regarding replacements, it's been over 2 weeks. Damian only sent me a claim for in email. Today, I received an email from customer service, offering me a mere $50 to replace priceless items- a complete insult. Be Aware, and Stay Away.
I definitely will not recommend this company, they damage your furniture and company doesn’t care. Your calls, emails, messages go unanswered. Filing a claim is pointless because the corporate office is full of *** as well, my claim has been in limbo unanswered for a month now. They did not have on the uniform shown on all these pictures on their sites, a *** truck was used. Staff is inexperienced, can’t carry the weight literally struggling with your furniture and unprofessional. Oh and be careful YOU WILL BE DEMANDED/CORNERED INTO TIPPING CASH! Do not use this company!
STL, Saint Louis, MO, Missouri
This Company practices deceptive practices.
I was severely overcharged after doing futher research Iearned they charged me $149 per hour when it should have been $129. The sales agent didn't advise me I would have to pay an hour for them driving which they have no proof it took them an hour. They claim they charged me a higher rate for stairs when there were no stairs involved. This Company charged me over $600 for a move that should have been no more than $400. The actual move was only 2.5 hrs so I was charged $250 per hour.! Several extra fees were added for supplies I did not ask for or need. This Company practices deceptive sales and gives misleading information at the time of the quote. By the time they at your house its too late bait&switch. The actual worker's were great however in the sales quote process I was lied to! My neighbor advised me she was charged less than me with a 2 bedroom?? I have a small 1 bedroom
I want my $100 deposit back as well as $75 with a total of $175.00 this seems fair considering i was over charged and the sales rep left out information and told me the hr driving charge goes toward 2 hr minimum. Which should have only bern $129 but they charged me $149!!!
Thank you for the opportunity to respond and for the feedback. I wish to apologize that our customer felt the service was not as anticipated. On 11/21/19, the branch that facilitated our customer's move contacted our customer by phone and went over the charges; 3 men at $149 per hour/travel time 1 hour ($149)/labor minimum of 2 hours and materials. Following the conversation, an email was sent to our customer outlining the information given during the phone conversation.
DON’T USE THESE MOVERS!!!
The movers were nice but they moved at a snails pace. When I first called to get a quote, they said I would get 1 truck with 2 qualified movers. They said it would be $129. Per hour, plus travel time of 2 1/2 hours and gas surcharge. The girl said it should take around 6 1/2 hours including the travel time. The total cost should be around $825 plus fuel. Then they said they would send 3 movers at $189. Per hour. I called back and said we wanted a larger truck so they said they would give me 2 trucks and 4 movers at 249 per hour. The morning of the move they called and said one of the drivers wrecked and they would only be able to send one truck and 3 men. At $189 again but they would adjust the rate since they had to make 2 trips. They showed up at 10:15 am and didn’t finish until midnight. The total cost was $2500.00. DON’T USE THESE MOVERS!!!
