I spoke with multiple people multiple days and each time the merchant services employee from BOA was nice but could not do anything about the issue Every time I was transferred to security At security when I could get through I spoke with *** *** was very poor at customer service by talking down to and over top of me constantly The week of 27-Aug I was

After nearly months of phone calls, I thought I'd finally reached the right person as I received a credit in the amount of the money I was wrongly billed
