I tried to cancel my service in December of I stopped using their product in December and tried for the next months to cancel my service They refused telling me I needed information from my bank to cancel the service When I got that, they would not accept it I went back to my bank more times to get written proof that I was with my bank and First Data still would not close my account Finally in February the bank manager talked to someone at First Data who would actually close my account First Data then billed me through May taking money out of my account and I never knew why Fortunately they stopped but not after taking hundreds of dollars for unknown reasons They are the perfect example of a big company ripping off a small business
Awful business! What kind of strong arm robber requires payment of a month lease (at per month plus tax and insurance for a totl over $3000!!) IN FULL to CANCEL service!! Totally unethical!
