I have been completely unhappy with the services with First Data since it began in December When I called in to cancel today, I was advised that it would cost me $with first data plus leasing costs on the terminal as it is a year contract When I spoke on the phone with the sales man before sigining up I asked about cancellation fees as they were VERY important to me & he stated there were noneI would NOT have signed a year contract knowing this as that would mean it would out live the duration of my business operations I feel as though my situation was taken advantage of as I was requiring a new service quickly as our old services were failing our businessAs an unhappy customer why should I be locked into a lease No customer should be bullied into doing business with a company for a certain amount of time That is a complete consumer scam & I have never experienced such extreme cancellation fees with
