The young man, Jeff, who did my yearly furnace check up was thorough, professional, and very nice. I really appreciate the Woodfin people - they are so comfortable - they are polite, nice, and totally professional.

Tony D[redacted] was very skilled and thorough. He took a lot of his personal time to ensure that our home security system was set up properly. He was able to answer the questions I had for him to my satisfaction.

[redacted] was punctual, professional, and polite. He explained, orally and in writing, the situation and his recommendations. Excellent service!

Matt T[redacted] did a great job. He called to let us know that he was on his way. He was neat and professional.

Gene 316 of Woodfin installed a new water heater. He was professional and answered all our questions. Gene was extreme neat. We rate him a "10"

As usual, when we call Woodfin Heating, we benefit from friendly, knowledgeable and timely service. This morning we called for a check-up of our air conditioning unit. There was a cancellation and James S, a truly professional service technician, arrived within an hour. I know that I may not always be that lucky, but in an emergency, I realize that I have been placed at the top of the response list. Woodfin is an outstanding company and we have enjoyed a professional relationship with them for many years. I would recommend them to anyone looking for honest and thorough work.

Chris C[redacted] and Kevin A[redacted] installed a new heating system in my home over the last 3 days. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, explained everything to me in a kind way. They were both tops!!!!! Would definitely recommend Woodfin to others.

He was nice well manner and did what he had to do in a short time.

Adam G #15 was our technician for a recent service call. He was polite and was able to diagnose our problem immediately. Woodfin uses a staff of hardworking professionals who deliver prompt and efficient results. We have been their customer since the late 1970's and have always been happy with their service, Adam fits very nicely into their high standards.

[redacted] was fantastic. He called ahead and thoroughly reviewed our issue when he arrived. He fixed what other technicians hadn't been able to, and our AC has been running great since his visit. Thank you, [redacted]!

Hired for a complete removal and reinstall of two new HVAC systems for the recently purchased home- 6 weeks to do a one week job, did not coordinate with the Electrician even though contact information was provided to them and he had to wait for their call as his work was dependent upon theirs as it was in steps. I would call for a status update (three times) to find the work had stopped waiting for the electrician to come to the site however, "if you do not call him he will not know to come to do the work." the electrician was never called until I, the customer called for a status update to find he was needed on site. Multiple delays by Atlantic- I was told, personnel, too much work, etc.

Week 5 I asked for an update as we were moving Friday 5/8 and asked -"will I have AC- the response from the Sales/Project Manager ([redacted]) was "you have AC available" Moved on 5/8; on 5/9 no response from the 3 thermostats so the Service Weekend call tech was called and he came out in about 90 minutes and tells me- the AC was never started... so I have AC available does not mean I have it because it is turned on - is this a game of words that was played with me???? It was unprofessional to say the least.

The next week noticed zone 1 not efficient- we had moved in, looking for the Return Intake duct work for zone 1 and 3 of us look for the intake- called Atlantic to ask the installers where the return duct was installed to find it had not been installed and the work incomplete, yet I was assured the system was complete and no more work was to be done I was informed emphatically... apparently no management oversight nor supervisory to oversee the work as it was being signed off as complete and it was not till the customer questioned the work based on a zone which was not working correctly nor accurately, and the component could not be found. I was contacted and informed the Return duct had not been installed and they would return to complete the job - showed 5-6 days afterwards to complete the work.

The zone2 consisted of the south facing glass enclosed sun room, the kitchen and family room. Atlantic had placed the thermostat in the sunroom, on the south side facing wall- even their own technicians questioned the placement of the thermostat by the Production Team and their management for efficiency and effectiveness as well as the rationale. I had them move it to another location less influenced by direct sunlight

As of this writing I still wait for a corrected bill statement now requested for the 3rd time. I was sent a bill dated 6/1 with an 18% added interest rate for an unpaid balance based on the initial bill date of 4/1, which is when I signed the contract. However the last work on the project (install of the return duct done around 5/18 was not taken into account till I addressed it) - billed when work is done or bill me when I sign the contract- it was the first however, and was told a corrected bill would be sent. I have agreed to send a check once I receive a corrected bill, which I have now requested for a third time in 3 weeks as of this morning 6/8.

The company had been provided a key to access the house since we were not living there at the time the work was started and supposed to be completed before we moved in. However since then and as of this morning still the key cannot be found by Atlantic so it cannot be returned as of yet.

The quality of the equipment and operation is not in question. The operation of the company and questionable ethical and moral fiber of the company is in question as are the actions of the staff there in my personal opinion. It appears lip service is what they do well as I still wait for my key, and a current bill for me to pay and I have now multiple times told them send me a current bill and I will write you a check to pay in full and I have yet to receive a corrected bill as we have discussed now on three occasions. Into the 6th week of a one week project is questionable also and never an apology for the misfires on this project...

Woke up this morning we no heat. Woodfin sent Adam G right over. He was thorough and professional and fixed the problem immediately.

I have always had outstanding service from Woodfin Oil. I recommend them to all of my family and friends.

James was my HVAC technician from Woodfin and he did a great job on my tune-up and inspection. He was able to explain basically everything he was doing and why it mattered and what to look out for in the future. I was impressed by his and the company's professionalism, which is why I bought the home protection plan as well. James did an outstanding job!!

I've been using Woodfin for a few years now and have always been completely happy with the work they've done.
This is the second time Mike has worked on my AC and he always seems to go the extra mile to make me happy.
I see no reason to change now and I think that anyone that needs AC or heat work done should call Woodfin.

Matt did a great job! Let me know what he was doing, and what he was going to do next. Only took about 30 minutes! Awesome job Matt!
