Woodfin provided very timely same-day service. The technicians were polite and upfront about the cost and procedures that could be offered.

Service technician James S[redacted] was prompt, personable, and efficient. He solved the problem very quickly, and went beyond the call of duty by very kindly changing my filters. Woodfin has the best service and Mr. S[redacted] is a good example of that.

These two (2) Technicians from the Woodfin Your Home Team more than fairly represent the quality I have come to expect from this company. They worked quickly, efficiently and in a matter that was informative to us the homeowners. The quality is apparent - they were a pleasure to have in the home.
This is our second whole-house system (furnace last year), thus far we are pleased with the products, installation and annual service process. The entire process started with Alex B[redacted], Comfort Care Advisor who is sensitive to our needs and budgets.

My AC system is getting older and it seemed rather apparent that it needed to be charged. This happened several years back, and of course, each company I called said I must change out the entire system. Nearly all tried to sell me a new system before they saw the system that has continued to work fine over the last three years, with a charge. I dreaded making this call.
Abdul arrived shortly after my call. He took the time to explain what he thought needed to be done to get my system performing at its best. When I questioned one item on the to-do list he explained in depth, why what I thought was an up-sell, was really part of what was needed. He could not have been more pleasant.
Woodfin happened to be a company that tried to sell me a service contract last time, before they even demonstrated any value. I had avoided using them this time for that reason. Abdul made changed my impression, I would call Woodfin again in a second and wait until Abdul was available to assist me with my needs.

We were very pleased with the work performed by William. He was very thorough and professional. I especially appreciated the quick lessons he provided regarding the importance of replacing our smoke detector and assorted electrical outlets. We plan to hire Woodfin to install the whole-house surge protector he recommended.

Steven did a thorough, efficient and professional plumbing inspection explaining the process with explanations of specifics such as the water shutoff valve, back flow controls and the annual inspection process. In addition he quickly prepared an estimate for installation of replacement toilets.

Adam G. from Woodfin was very professional and very helpful. Before jumping in and simply installing the new compressor he was scheduled to do, he checked the diagnosis and discovered that all I needed was a new fan motor. He saved me almost $2,000 as a result. I'm very pleased with the service.

Steve C[redacted] was sent by Woodfin to do a complete plumbing inspection as part of the Home Protection program. He was very pleasant, explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Very positive experience.

We recently called Woodfin when we were having trouble with fizzy water and air in our water lines. The service technician was scheduled promptly and arrived as promised. NickD 330 was knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He quickly diagnosed the problem, discussed options, and ultimately replaced the well expansion tank and pump switch. He identified another small leak under the house and repaired it as well. Nick also took time to explain all of the services Woodfin offered and to discuss how their service plans could save us money in the long run. We ended up buying the Whole Home plan and were contacted the next day to schedule related inspections. All around we were very satisfied with the service.

The plumber came promptly and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. No further occurences.
