I had a leaky pipe that started about 6 p.m. on a Saturday. I have a plumbing contract with Woodfin. Randy M. arrived about 8 p.m. and had it repaired by 9 p.m. Whew!

Robert was on time for appointment. Handled our problem quickly and professionally.

Matt spent four hours carefully trouble-shooting what turned out to be a very unusual heating/cooling problem. The company which installed the unit did not install a piston in the air handler, which is what turns the refrigerant into vapor and thus cools the air. This was gross negligence on the installer's part. A subsequent technician, from another company, misdiagnosed the problem. Matt from Woodfin finally figured it out.

Service technician "Matt 19T" just completed a scheduled seasonal preventive maintenance call on my heat pump. I am completely satisfied with every aspect of the service he provided. He's probably the best overall tech to set foot on my property in the 30+ years I have lived in the Richmond area and used heat pumps. I can recommend him without reservation.

Called Woodfin about my heat pump not working properly. Received a call from Ryan E (116) about 20 minutes after the initial call and he arrived 10 minutes later. Ryan diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced a capacitor all in about 20 minutes. From start to finish, Woodfin repaired my system in a little over an hour. Amazing Job at a reasonable cost!!! I will happily use and recommend Woodfin in the future. Thanks!!

Woodfin Plumbing Technician Matt, was fantastic! He and his team installed our amazing new gas line and gas cooktop with ease and efficiency. Matt was positive and accepting of the changes we "suggested" in mid project. Very pleasant and clean. I will call Matt for any future plumbing issues that we have!

I have dealt with Woodfin for several years now and have the year round coverage and while it is not cheap it does give the security that you will not be stuck in the heat or the cold in trying to find a weather mechanic.

[redacted] and [redacted] were diligent in finding the problem with my plumbing. They were polite and courteous during the time that they spent at my house. Thanks to them my family has water now.

[redacted] did a very good job of servicing our equipment. He answered any questions we had and gave clear explanations. He also went beyond his immediate assignment and let us know we had bats in our attic! (Fortunately, the pest company found only three, not a major roosting colony of 50 or 60, as in some homes!) Our experience with Woodfin has always been positive, from purchase of our heating and cooling systems through service maintenance over the years. A fine company with fine staff! I did a lot of research and got bids from several other companies, as well, before choosing Woodfin. We continue to be pleased with that decision.

The service tech came out & replaced the fuel gauge on my oil tank which had been damaged from the prior snowstorm a few weeks ago. He performed the service in a few minutes. He answered all my questions regarding the fuel gauge & was very curtious. The service tech was Jeff (#28). The service call was excellent.

Woodfin guys Patrick M[redacted] and Matt P. were very professional and courteous and did a wonderful job fixing my electrical and plumbing problems. We have a contract with Woodfin and will always patronize Woodfin.

Friday night during the snowstorm a 20' length of heating duct fell to the floor. Woodfin scheduled the repair for the earliest convenient time. (We still had reasonable heat to all floors.) The crew came at the time scheduled and efficiently replaced the duct - this time with screws rather than nails that had loosened. The furnace to duct connector kit that had torn was replaced.
The entire crew was very skilled and professional. The result was a nice looking repair that was better than the original installation and everything was cleaned up nicely.

Brendan came to my home yesterday to open up blocked kitchen sink. He was very professional and kind, explaining everything he was doing along the way. He works with Woodfin, and I would definitely recommend him and this company. Very courteous, cleaned up afterwards (was a mess, with water everywhere !)

William with Woodfin was very professional. All of Woodfins employess are kind respectful and dedicated to serving the client.

Have been very happy and satisfied with Woodfin. Recently Chris K. responded to address an urgent notification I received regarding my a/c unit. He was extremely helpful and took extra time to explain additional questions I had regarding the system. He was knowledgable, professional, efficient, kind and courteous.
