Robert Brown serviced our Heating/Air Conditioning System on October 26th. He also installed a new solenoid valve on our humidifier, plus a new filter in our heating/cooling system. He originally serviced our system when he was with Atlantic Heating & Cooling (the firm that installed our current [redacted] System). He did an excellent job. We alwasys look forward to having him check and service our system.

Andy was professional and friendly. Woodfin handles all of my household needs and I thank them publicly.

We had a toilet moved from our main bathroom to our powder room. Gene and his partner did a great job.
Gene was very helpful. He explained which were the best Toilets, and we picked the ada Toto toilet. That was put in our main bathroom and we are very pleased with it. Gene installed a grab bar for me as I am handicapped that is the same height as our sink unit. This makes it much easier for me to get up and get to my walker.

I had a positive plumbing contractor experience with Woodfin, and recommend them. In lieu of getting a leak between the tank and base repaired on my existing toilet, I opted to get a new toilet installed, and additionally purchased a one year plumbing contract as it provided a discount on labor and materials. The plumber arrived on time and was neat and provided a leak free installation, but I was concerned about a gap between the fixture and the floor, and contacted the company. The company responded quickly and sent a plumbing supervisor out to reinstall the toilet and minimize and calk the gap. This company cares about the quality of their work and I will use them in the future.

[redacted] was very professional and plesent in assessing my house.. He pointed out things that needed to be done.

Very late on a holiday weekend, my sewer line backed up and I could not use my bathroom. Called Woodfin Plumbing and Neill S. came out, and even with the job taking until 2:00AM, Neill stayed very courteous and friendly. He exhibited true professionalism in taking care of my emergency.

I have been using Woodfin for all my plumbing, electrical and heating and cooling needs for many years. Today Gene installed new faucets in my kitchen. He has been here before and as always does an exceptional job. He is professional, knowledgeable, neat and did an excellent job. I have an older home and he is particularly good with all the oddities of my dwelling. I highly recommend him and Woodfin

We called Woodin about a leak under our kitchen sink. Sure enough it was our garbage disposal unit. Our service technician was Andy B.and he was fantastic. He was professional, efficient, and thorough. He had to leave and purchase a new disposal. I cannot say enough about [redacted] service to us. He was perfect in every way. I was worried we would lengthen his day by an extra trip. He assured us not to worry, it was his job. I cannot say enough good about the entire service from start to finish

Called at 4:10PM and explained my outside unit on the heat pump was not working. 10 minutes later, I received a call from James S telling me he would be there in 15-25 minutes. 20 minutes later he was on the job, diagnosed the problem and with 20 more minutes fixed the issue wrote up the bill and cleaned up behind himself.
Outstanding service done well is terrific by itself but literally an hour and a quarter after calling, the job was done - that is beyond terrific.

Called Woodfin Heating today to get an appointment for performance tune up on my heat pump. We had a plan with previous owners and it was honored by Woodfin. Was told service technician would be out today and he arrived right at the specified time. Robert #33 performed a complete tune up in an efficient and very courteous manner. He also took the time to show us how to set our temperature on our wall monitor, for particular time periods; e.g. morning and evening, Completely satisfied with this company and technician.
