I had wonderful service from Woodfin, and I have in the past as well. The people I spoke to on the phone were friendly and helpful. The technician arrived during the time window. A part was missing, so he came back very first thing the next day. Prices were all appropriate. Wonderful job!

Technician arrived on time. Efficiently conducted service and answered my questions. Courteous and efficient

On a Sunday afternoon I discovered my heat pump no longer worked. On Monday morning I called Woodfin and that same afternoon a technician named James called and then came to my house. Within 30 minutes he analyzed the problem, told he about how much it would be to fix, and then had the unit working. I could not have expected any better service.

Jaye A. just serviced my generator and I found his work and demeanor quite satisfactory.

I want to acknowledge the professionalism and expertise of the service technician, Adam G[redacted] at Woodfin in Richmond, Virginia. We purchased a stand-alone wall mounted LG heater/air conditioner several years ago from Woodfin. It did a great job regulating the temperature in our attached garage/game room. Unfortunately, it was "running hot" and Woodfin instructed us that we would need to replace several sensors at around $300 given we were outside of the 2 year warranty. They came back and after several hours informed us there would be no additional charge, even after installing the sensors. They spent significant time on the phone with the LG technicians and learned that the unit will run across a +/- 8 degree range given the setting from the remote unit. They were informed and told us that this is how the unit "runs"...and the reason why they would not charge us for the sensors they ordered. They did offer a solution for an added thermostat if we wanted to lock down a single temperature. What we found impressive is that they acknowledged that we should not pay for a part that did not fix the "issue" and they said there would be no charge for the 3 hours today beyond the $99 charge we paid for the first visit. Finally when offered repeatedly to tip the technician for his time, he said that would not be necessary. Service and professionalism such as this if far too rare, and we wanted to take the time to acknowledge Woodfin, and Adam G[redacted] for his expertise. Woodfin should consider itself fortunate to have an employee of Adam's caliber in their employ.

Plumbing Technician ([redacted]) arrived early as usual and performed a very thorough plumbing inspection pointing out potential areas of slight concern but no major issues

I have been with Woodfin for quite a while and plan to stay.

Very professional in all phases of work concerning Heating, Air Conditioning System, and Electrical work relating to same. Will give a Positive Feedback to anyone needing these services.

Steve C[redacted] was courteous, respectful and professional. He was very helpful and clear in his explanations during the review and the issues that need to be addressed. He respected my questions and our home. I was very pleased with his visit.

Scotty G[redacted] came from Woodfin this morning to replace a malfunctioning garbage disposal. He called ahead to let us know when he planned to arrive, he brought the correct replacement disposal, and installed it quickly and professionally. Mr. G[redacted] was not only technically proficient, he was polite, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I am very glad that we can rely on Woodfin for all of our plumbing needs.

Woodfin's plumbing service cleared the toilet blockage quickly, efficiently, and neatly.

Brandon called to tell me he was on the way, which I especially appreciated since my appointment was at 8:00 a.m. He was courteous, personable and informative. He described the results of his plumbing inspection, answered my questions and, at my request, showed me why he had included one particular issue I was not aware of. I would not hesitate to have Brandon follow up on any of the itemized issues when I am ready to address them.

Matt was prompt, thorough, and easy to work with. He was pleasant and seems to have done a very good job. He is an excellent representative of Woodfin Oil Company
