Chris was easy to work with and very thorough.

I was very satisfied with the routine furnace maintenance performed by Woodfin on 3/4/16. The Service Tech was on time and worked efficiently. I especially appreciated the checklist he provided (I don't recall ever getting one before) that summarized what work was performed. He took the time to answer questions I had about the condition of the flue liner.

We really appreciate Woodfin's recent maintenance and repair of our A/C unit. The service person who helped us was [redacted] and he was very professional and knowledgeable, and now that he has worked on the unit, it seems to be running great. We are very thankful for [redacted] help in getting the unit working again. We also appreciate the customer service provided by the service manager, [redacted]. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service Woodfin provided.

We had a problem with our outdoor light. Woodfin's electrician, Jesse H[redacted] was prompt and very courteous. He tested all of our switches that were connected to our outdoor lights and explained that all we needed was a new switch. Jesse has been to our house before and has always been very thorough. I recommend Woodfin for any electrical problems and ask for Jesse H[redacted].

Ryan & Chris provided great service at [redacted] today. They were quick to find the problem and got it fixed within the day. Thank you so much!

I've always had a good experience with Woodfin.

I moved to the area 6 months ago, and have used the services of Woodfin several times during that time. I have been very satisfied each time. This most recent time, the technician, Matt P., arrived later on in the day to install a new kitchen sink and faucet. The instructions he had been given were to install only a new faucet, apparently due to a misunderstanding. Nevertheless, he did a cheerful, uncomplaining, thorough, and competent job. I was very pleased.

Called, arrived on time and gave excellent service.

Woodfin did a great job.

Woodfin was able to come out the day after I called to tune up my oil furnace. Chris was very courteous and willing to answer any questions. Thank you!

Woodfin has done a great job on all out bathroom toilets.

Woodfin called and let us know when to expect them. The tech was very polite. Because of rain, he put on boot covers. He was very thorough with his work and even fixed a radiator that hadn't worked for a long time.

Drake introduced himself when I answered the door. He was prompt, arrived at 8:30 am, and was done at 9:am. He left an inspection sheet for me and his business card. I have had an account with this company for at least thirty years and have been pleased with their service.

Our new Carrier gas furnace shut down due to a malfunction of the drain pump.. Of course it was after hours, but Woodfin sent Robert #33 the next day to service it. Robert was prompt, polite and immediately identified the problem. He had to retrieve a new pump from the service department, and replaced the bad one. I was extremely p,eased with the process. He is a very professional and competent technician.

Chris K. was very respectful of our house. The first thing he did was put on booties so as not to track things from outside inside. He was at my house during the time frame he said he would be. When he realized that the type of boiler he was looking at was something he had not worked on before he was willing to call his coworker with knowledge about it and together they got the job done. Extremely happy with the result.

I was very satisfied with both of the technicans that installed my heat pump on 6/29/2015.They were very professional and arrive early and worked with just a lunch break.Jessie A[redacted] was very knowledgeable and explained what they were doing and Matthew D[redacted] also.I was very pleased with the installation.Job well done!

Review: THE COMPANY IMPROPERLY INSTALLED A HEAT PUMP HYBRID UNIT, WHICH BEGAN TO WORK IMPROPERLY. WE MADE KEPT REGULAR MAINTENANCE ON THE UNIT WITH THEM. WE BEGAN HAVING PROBLEMS WE MADE SEVERAL SERVICE AND EACH TIME WAS TOLD THEY COULD NOT FIND A PROBLEM. WE FINALLY DECIDED TO CALL IN ANOTHER COMPANY AND THEY FOUND THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY. WE HAD TO REPLACE THE UNIT. THIS UNIT WAS PAID FOR. TODAY WE FOUND OUT FROM AN ELECTRICIAN, WHICH WE CALLED FOR ANOTHER SERVICE,AND HE HAD TO GO TO THE HOUSING BOX AND HE IMMEDIATELY ASKED US WHO INSTALLED THE BOX.

THE ELECTRICIAN THAT BOX IS PERMITTED AND SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN INSTALL. IT WAS HOT AND SHOULD REMOVE IMMEDIATELY. THIS IS GOING TO COST US ANOTHER $2100.00

The system referred to by the customer was installed by [redacted] not Woodfin. Woodfin did acquire [redacted] in July of 2015, but this installation took place a few years prior. We contacted the customer and offered to send a supervisor out to assess what repairs may be needed, the customer thanked us for our offer but declined as they were having another contractor work on the equipment.

Chris and Woody gave excellent service and were very friendly!
