Installers were on time, polite, explained installation process, and proceeded on the job. Paper runners were placed and plastic was taped on carpeted steps. The installation was quiet, clean, and completed on time given by the salesman. Instructions on system operation and thermostat were clear and complete. I rate the installation as A+

He arrived on time, described his work plans, performed the service, gave me a check list of items he performed and status of the system. He was very professional and did his work with efficiency.

I reported a leaking water heater at 8:00 am and by 9:30 Brendan was at my home to service the problem. He was terrific. He analyzed the problem, tried several things to avoid having to replace the heater and in the end replaced the heater. He was professional and did a very good job. He kept us advised of the progress and he cleaned up so we could not tell he was there.

Courteous, efficient, arrived on time.

Had a new Electric Hot water heater installed by Woodfin today. Service Techs were [redacted]. Started at 8:30 AM and were finished at noon. First rate job with top notch Techs!

Water was pouring from a blown valve. Called Woodfin before hours open and they sent a technician from home. He was here within 30 minutes. Robert A #320 replaced defective valves and blown toilet assembly first so he could pressure test the water. It turned out that the main problem the pressure valve on the water tank.He fixed that..He was great.
Now I have to finish cleaning up the water because I couldn't shut off the water, until I remembered to shut the electricity off to the water pump (have my own well)

Work was started and completed in a timely manner. Technician explained all the features of the new system. The work was neat and area left clean.
I was disappointed when I called the office at 9 a.m. with a question.The person who answered said he would have to get someone to call me back. I waited all day and no one called. I called back about 2 and explained how disappointed I was that after spending quite a bit of money that I could not get anyone to call me back. I was told that the person I needed to talk to was in a meeting, but a message would be given to her to call me first thing the next morning.
I was called early the next morning and got the help I needed.

Jaye did excellent work on my generator. He called before coming out and arrived when specified. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it. He also gave me some helpful information on other units in my house.

Jesse arrived promptly; he was very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend both Jesse and Woodfin.

The Woodfin tech, James S. not only performed an efficient and timely service check on my heating/air conditioning unit, he corrected to issues that will both save me money on my electricity bill and protect my family from a runaway system that would either run continuously or shut off completely.
