Matt P. was the tech that came out and took care of my plumbing/garbage disposal issue. He did a very thorough job and I am very pleased with the results.

Review: I called woodfins office on 2/4/14 to schedule oil delivery to my home on 2/6/14. On 2/6/14 at 8:34 am I called woodfin once more to confirm delivery and prepay $373 with my debit card for 100 gallons of oil. The office receptionist told me that the payment was approved and that the oil would be delivered today. When I got home from work I was told that the oil was never delivered. So I proceeded to call woodfin again and received an after hours reception whom did not show any type of concern, has no knowledge about woodfin products or services, and could not give me any explanation add to why my oil was not delivered. She said the only thing she could do was to leave a msg for someone to call me back or it will be delivered tomorrow, and that was a couple hours ago. I can't believe that not only have they taken half of my paycheck but they have ruined my night as well as lose a customer. At this point I have no heat, no hot water, and it's 30 degrees outside and my three children are cold. I am sooo [redacted] angry and very dissatisfied. I don't know how many other people this could be happening to, but I know that I shouldn't have to suffer for someone's neglence.Desired Settlement: I would like for my oil to be delivered as well as some type of compensation or refund because the oil is not cheap first of all and secondly I have paid for services that have not been rendered on time

The delivery in question was indeed delivered that day, at approximately 8:49 p.m. We are sorry that the night answering service was unable to communicate with the customer wether or not the delivery was going to occur, and we are taking steps to better inform our after hours service on the status of deliveries still out on the trucks during times of extreme weather and commensurate workload. We were extremely busy on the day of this delivery, and had several drivers working late into the night to ensure the all deliveries were made. We also make every effort to move a delivery up earlier in the day if a customer communicates with us that they are completely out of product, but we have no records of this being the case for this particular customer.

I would have liked to personally apologize to the customer, but I have been unable to reach them, leaving two voicemail messages with no return call.

Professional, considerate, conscientious, efficient, and so many more words to express our satisfaction with Woodfin for over thirty-five years. We have never been disappointed. I'm at a loss for supperlative words. [redacted], [redacted]

[redacted] from Woodfin installed an electrical outlet under my house. He was very professional and friendly, called prior to his arrival to confirm appointment and completed the work in a very timely manner.

Technician was prompt and performed all electrical inspection. Provided thorough explanation of service provided and offered suggestions for system updates.

Steve C[redacted], Woodfin's Plumbing Technician was polite, professional and informed. He explained in detail the inspection process and suggested improvements where needed. We were very pleased with Woodfin and the services provided under their Whole Home Comfort Protection Plan.

Chris K #48 was an excellent tech. He was very knowledgeable as well as pleasant and efficient. He was very careful to wear his footies while in the home even though he had to go back to the truck a couple of times. He was also considerate to call when he was on his way to the home.

We received our annual maintenance PM on our A/C unit today. The technician arrived in the time schedule that I had arranged when I set up the appointment. He was very knowledgeable of my system and spent the time to check all components of the system. He also explained to me one thing I had done wrong when changing my air filter. This is the type of professionalism you would expect from a Woodfin technician.

Jesse H[redacted], Master Electrician, did an excellent job and I can readily recommend him and Woodfin for any work needed in your home

Very efficient, prompt, and gave me help to use the microwave. Gave advice on best place to install electric outlet and it worked out perfect. Very neat and cleaned work area. He was everything I expected from a Woodfin employee.

Debbie was very professional and polite. She was willing ton listen to my concerns and addressed them appropriately.

I had an excellent experience with the tune-up for my oil furnace. Jeff F. (#28) arrived at the beginning of my time window, was very professional, and completed the work efficiently. He was also very helpful in answering a couple of questions I had.

Chris did a professional job today with my Heat Pump inspection.

My service technician was very courteous and professional. He put "covers" over his feet each time he entered the house, he cleaned up loose insulation which fell and he completely washed and cleaned the outside unit, which I don't recall anyone else ever doing. He was here when he said he would be and was very friendly and personable.
