[redacted] arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. I decided my nearly 40 yr old water heater should be replaced and asked for suggestions. We decided a 50 gal unit would do the trick and set up an install date. [redacted] arrived at the appointed time and the new unit is working perfectly. He was very helpful with other questions about plumbing and was very professional.

[redacted], an electrician, performed an electrical inspection at my home on January 22, 2014. He notified me shortly before arrival time, which was within the period of time scheduled. He donned his booties over his work shoes, he was courteous and thorough. I appreciated his low-key approach to the items and prices Woodfin would install to correct any broken or not up to code electrical items. He provided a complete, legible report for my future reference. I am very impressed with the professionalism of this young man.

Adam G. Technician # 15 did a great job in finding an issue with my older a/c unit and getting it corrected. Woodfin did a standard maintenance on this unit on Friday before Labor Day, and the other tech did not resolve the condensate overflow issue and they promptly sent Adam out when I called back on Tuesday. Adam was able to pinpoint the issue, and cleaned out another condensate tube, which resolved the problem.

It was time for my furnace to be checked before the cold weather. I called Woodfin on 9/21/15 and they were able to have a technician at my house the next day. Michael E[redacted] arrived within the appointed time frame and went right to work. Mike is very polite and personable. He told me that I needed a part replaced and explained exactly what it was. I requested he check the costs before replacing. He checked and gave me the price immediately and said they had it in stock and if I wanted, he would go get it and come back and put it on. He did so and everything was completed. I am very pleased with Michael and appreciate that he explained things to me.

[redacted], plumbing technician at Woodfin, provided a variety of plumbing services on 8/25/15 including replacing complete drain in double compartment sink. We are very happy with all the work that he did. He was very polite and graciously answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. His work was performed in a very professional manner. The finished product exceeds our expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend Woodfin and use them in the future.

Woodfin sent technicians to evaluate our home systems at no cost to us as new customers. A plumber, electrican, and an HVAC technician each came. I was extremely pleased with each of them - the courtesy, professionalism, and knowledge that each had about his field of expertise. They made recommendations, but never did I feel pressure to follow up with any of them. We were due for service checks and tune-ups on the HVAC systems, which were carried out quite satisfactorily. We have been customers of Atlantic Heating and Oil, but they were recently taken over by Woodfin, which is why they made the transition for us to them in this manner. I couldn't be more pleased - and, now we have plumbing and electric professionals that I wouldn't hesitate to call on when we need one!
