We had a whole new HVAC system installed in our home. The Woodfin team headed by Jesse A[redacted] worked quickly and efficiently with a minimum of disruption and mess and cleaned up after themselves each day. They explained what they were doing all along the way and answered any concerns or questions we had. So far the system is working well.

Robert has been out 3 time over the last few weeks for a water filter installation, and shower diverter repair. He was such a professional. Very courteous, and did the jobs well. I plan on requesting him via Woodfin for every plumbing issue we have in the future.

Woodfin's Whole Home Comfort Protection Plan is a good thing to have. They inspect all you plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems, and if they find something wrong, they give you a repair estimate.

I have used Woodfin for all of my plumbing needs for several years at two different houses and I have always been impressed by their responsiveness, professional staff, and steady service. I called this morning regarding an issue with a toilet in one of my bathrooms. It was not an emergency but they still had someone out later that afternoon. My service technician today was Keith (#307) and, just as he has when responding to calls in the past, he was courteous, prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. This type of service - not to mention the annual plumbing review and other benefits - is one of the meany reasons that we continue to sign an annual service contract with Woodfin. I found the technician to be knowledgeable, and he answered any questions I had. He was very pleasant to work with.

Mr. James W[redacted] serviced the oil hot water equipment at the house I am going to rent. He was courteous and professional. He left the area clean. I received a telephone call from Mr. W[redacted] about 30 minutes prior to arrival and he arrived on time, ready to begin his work. Very pleasant experience with this company and this technician.

Patrick M came today to complete our first-year maintenance on our latest generator.
His service was consistent with our entire Woodfin experience: reliable, courteous, and professional.

[redacted] (plumber) did an excellent job clearing a massive clog in our kitchen sink on May 18. He also fixed a minor but annoying problem with the way a previous company's plumber had incorrectly hooked up a hose under the sink. Thank you!

Adam (15) G. serviced our new addition's radiant heat system and finally got it to work properly by studying the system, diagnosing the problem, spending time in the attic and under the house, and installing a new thermostat and programming the existing thermostats so that they communicated with one another. This guy is a genius!

A new water line was connected to my house quickly.The ditch was filled in , and I was told to call in a few week to have the work completed by woodfin. All of the workers were polite .

I am truly pleased with the service I recently received from Woodfin to solve my heat pump issue. David B. diagnosed the problem quickly and made the necessary repairs. He was very personable and knowledgeable and he represents your company well. Thank you, Woodfin, for again providing such prompt and courteous service.

Woodfin cleaned and checked my two zone heating and air conditioning system on December 11th. The technicians arrived on time, completed their work in a very professional manner, advised me of imminent problems with my aging system, and scheduled an appointment for me with a customer service representative one week hence.
