Jesse H[redacted] was the electrician who inspected our house. He was very efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing, offered some tips about what might be done, and pointed out some minor issues. I rate his work at 5-stars, and would value his work on my home anytime it is needed.

Mr. Brad was on time for the visit. He was efficient and polite.

David service my HVAC at my home on 5/24 and did a very thorough and good. Would highly recommend him

Called about a plumbing issue, and the serviceman, Gene H[redacted], arrived within 30 minutes. Solved the problem quickly. He was very knowledgeable and professional, also very friendly, as are all the associates I come in contact with at Woodfin.

Brandon, the plumbing tech sent by Woodfin, was very courteous and worked competently, under extreme heat, to replace our water heater.

James W[redacted], from Woodfin, did a great job going over our heat pump and air conditioning units the other day. Very thorough. He explained everything to us and we were very pleased.

Steve C[redacted] is a Plumbing Technician with Woodfin who was in my home for a routine plumbing inspection, While I was aware of issues which might possibly need repair or replacement I waited for his inspection results/assessment before acknowledging any issues. He was prompt, polite, friendly and professional; worked quietly, thoroughly yet expeditiously. The areas recommended for service were, in fact, those believed to be in need of addressing. He explained the necessity for repairs and provided a customer agreement with quote for services. His professionalism as exceeded only by his kind and friendly manner. The company's excellent reputation is enhanced by such exceptional employees.

Keith was very personable and hard working. He explained everything about the plumbing. He was not pushy but offered advise.

Jesse H[redacted] works hard and efficiently on site, yet takes time to respond to the client's questions and suggestions. The work was completed in a very professional manner and the work site was left clean. Jesse appears to very much enjoy his work and those with whom he works.

We had a full house generator installed. The gentleman with Woodfin that came back to put more dirt in the trench did a very good job. Originally the trench was not fully filled and was a safety hazard. Brandon & Stephen came back and completed the job.
Overall, I'm still working out a few things with Woodfin. My experience has been rocky and I have received incorrect messages along the way. Everyone is very polite but things have dragged out. I still have cables that were cut and no one seems to want to fix the problem even though I was told if we cut any cables or wires we will fix them. This has not happened. I feel like there is a lack of communication between all of the departments involved in or at least lack of communication with me as the customer. I still have expectations that the remaining items will be corrected soon. Once everything is completed, then I will feel more positive about working with Woodfin.
