I've been dealing with this company and its predecessors since 1976, when I first moved to Richmond. The people I bought the house from recommended them. They were good then and they're good now.

The tech that did the work was knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. He explained the options to me as to whether I should replace the safety sensor (low water cut off) which I chose to do. I thought the price was high for the work performed and when questioned I was told that the price is based on the task not the time taken to perform the task. Similar to a car dealership maintenance repair I guess. Anyway the job was completed quickly and everything is working. I just question the billing method and cost for an hours work.

Woodfin installed a backup generator at my home and did it in a very prompt and professional manner. The quality and neatness of the finished work was excellent.

[redacted] and [redacted] were diligent in finding the problem with my plumbing. They were polite and courteous during the time that they spent at my house. Thanks to them my family has water now.

Drake performed our semi-annual service today. very thorough. Very pleased with his service. gave good input about new filters. He advised that we order them online to save money. Thanks Drake.

Ryan had to make a service call to me on a Sunday because upstairs HVAC was not working. He was very friendly and professional. He found the problem in a very short time and offered a solution to help from the problem occurring again. I have been on Woodfin's maintenance program for about three years and am completely satisfied.

I have 4 maintenance contracts with Woodfin and have always had great prompt service.

Steve gave us great advice about what plumbing issues needed to be addressed immediately, and which could wait. He was very professional and helpful.

The Woodfin Service Tech Matt was on time, and completed a professional and detailed A/C Service for my whole house central A/C unit. I recommend that you ask for Matt -19T for your service. I also recommend that you get the best value by signing up for the Woodfin Maintenance Plan.
