Woodfin sent technicians to evaluate our home systems at no cost to us as new customers. A plumber, electrican, and an HVAC technician each came. I was extremely pleased with each of them - the courtesy, professionalism, and knowledge that each had about his field of expertise. They made recommendations, but never did I feel pressure to follow up with any of them. We were due for service checks and tune-ups on the HVAC systems, which were carried out quite satisfactorily. We have been customers of Atlantic Heating and Oil, but they were recently taken over by Woodfin, which is why they made the transition for us to them in this manner. I couldn't be more pleased - and, now we have plumbing and electric professionals that I wouldn't hesitate to call on when we need one!

He was nice well manner and did what he had to do in a short time.

[redacted] worked at my home all day digging a trench, installing electric cable and two metal yard poles with new fixtures on top as well as installing two new porch light fixtures. They worked hard to get everything working and looking great. They cleaned up all their mess.
I am happy with their work and would recommend them and Woodfin to do electrical work for me again.

Steve C[redacted], Woodfin's Plumbing Technician was polite, professional and informed. He explained in detail the inspection process and suggested improvements where needed. We were very pleased with Woodfin and the services provided under their Whole Home Comfort Protection Plan.

Again we received outstanding and professional service from Woodfin through Kyle C[redacted], Plumbing Technician. I apologize - I did not get his assistant's name, but he was also very helpful. We received a plumbing quote at the very beginning to unclog the toilet, etc. But a few minutes later this "Woodfin Team" figured out a way to use another piece of equipment which lowered the original quote by $200. Their customer service demonstrated care and concern.

Very professional and courteous. Came to my home for an emergency fix (gas heater was not working). He phoned when he was 30 minutes out, did a diagnostic of my problem and was able to fix the problem within 1 hour of arrival.

I continue to have positive experiences with employees of Woodfin Heating. They are always very courteous, are efficient in their work, and never leave a mess. Ryan does an excellent job.

William C**, Master Electrician is very qualified and friendly. He explained the issue very clearly and settled my concern.

This was my second problem in about a month. Eric investigate the problem and was able to troubleshoot it while explaining what he was doing and confirming his a This was done in a single visit and a trip to obtain parts. He removed and replaced.parts and then tested the system. In addition he adjusted the temperature set point to allow a more efficient use of the system as we employ it.

[redacted], technician # 311, was quite professional and answered all of my questions. As he went through the house testing all of the plumbing, he explained all of the issues with the toilets and other water fixtures. We determined the need for replacements of the toilets and he provided me quotes of different types of toilets. He never appeared in a hurry --- and I asked lots of questions. My sister has been using Woodfin for years and I am glad she recommended them.

Jesse H[redacted] of Woodfin #209 was in my home today to inspect the electrical system. He called first, was on time, was very professional and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. I appreciate his helpful comments and recommendations. He is an excellent representative of the Woodfin company.
