Plumbing Technician [redacted] [redacted] came to our home today to resolve a clogged drain which involved our garbage disposal. He arrived within 2 hours of our first call to Woodfin, and called us himself prior to arrival to let us know when to expect him. He resolved the issue completely and without delay, and gave us good tips on how to avoid a recurrence of the problem. Very courteous, friendly, and professional.

On 10/24 technician William C** came to my home to perform a electrical inspection. He called prior to give me an estimate of his arrival and he was on time for the scheduled appointment. He was courteous and professional upon his arrival and I was very happy that he wore protective booties when walking inside the house. He explained what he was going to do and he answered my questions along the way. He discovered several things during the inspection that were not found during the home inspection I had completed prior to purchasing the home two mo this prior. Upon completion, he offered several suggestions and recommendations to my electrical system and the cost of doing each. I felt very confident when he left that I was aware of everything having to do with my home electrical system. His service was exceptional.

Woodfin was the first company to respond in my quest for a plumber to lay gas lines for my new fire pit. Their estimator was prompt in giving me a quote. Their quote was $1000's below a local competitor. Their time out was only one week! The plumber [redacted] was prompt, professional and quick to complete the project! Thank you Woodfin!

Patrick came out to check our 22kw whole house gen. that Woodfin installed...seemed the battery charger had been acting up...he was professional, on time and did the job. No complaints!

Our home was build in 1965, and we finally reached the point where the A/C was unable to be repaired. This turn of events also warranted a serious discussion about upgrading the oil furnace...also the same age. From start to finish the Woodfin team have been nothing but professional. The service team delivered the tough message, and scheduled an appointment with [redacted] before they left our house. [redacted] "listened to hear" our short-term plans to downsize and presented us with realistic options, and even investigated the option of converting to gas heat with the gas company. [redacted] and his team installed our unit in a single day, and called to review the specifics and allowed me time to ask questions. I came home finding no evidence they were there other than the new system. [redacted] called later that evening to be sure I was satisfied. We've been customers for 24 years and didn't consider going anywhere else to replace our system. They are consistent in their quality service and appreciation toward their customers.

Steve C[redacted] was sent by Woodfin to do a complete plumbing inspection as part of the Home Protection program. He was very pleasant, explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Very positive experience.

I am always satisfied with Woodfin's service; they are on time and very thorough in their inspection of all plumbing areas in my 49 year old home. Special thanks to Steve C[redacted] for a job well done!

Jaye A. had to come to my house after hours to fix a problem after a service call. He was pleasant, very helpful and explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. It was a pleasure to have him in my home and I felt very comfortable with all the work he performed. When he left everything was working again and I could not have been more pleased. Jaye is a great representative for Woodfin.

The Woodfin technician, Ryan, was on time, friendly, & performed the system check-up as requested. I would recommend him & his company to my friends.

DrakeE performed the annual service on our A/C and Heat Pump. He seemed to do very thorough job in checking and cleaning the system. A very professional individual who did a nice job. I would recommend him.

Wooden provides best in class customer service, professionalism and Robert A. was no exception! He was very tidy, efficient and solved all of my issues in one visit!

Plumbing Technician Chris P[redacted] came to my house on April 6 to service a stopped-up sink. He was courteous and professional. He worked hard to remove a stubborn blockage. Good job, Chris!

He explained everything in layman's terms and also included recommendations. He never pressured us in any way to buy any product. [redacted] was excellent.

Called about a plumbing issue, and the serviceman, Gene H[redacted], arrived within 30 minutes. Solved the problem quickly. He was very knowledgeable and professional, also very friendly, as are all the associates I come in contact with at Woodfin.

Matt was prompt, thorough, and easy to work with. He was pleasant and seems to have done a very good job. He is an excellent representative of Woodfin Oil Company
