Steven H[redacted] and Ryan W[redacted], both HVAC installers arrived on-time and
did a great job installing my system. Both were very knowledgable, worked clean
and made sure everything worked right before leaving. If all of Woodfin employees
are as good as these two young men, then this company has a lock on the market.

Jeff showed up on time and conducted a very through job of cleaning and servicing my heating and A/C units. The coolant was low. He took the time to apprise me of what to expect and the cost if a leak was detected. He did and exhaustive search but no leak was detected. Very nice young man, very personable and friendly. He left me with the piece of mind that my systems would hold me through the summer. It was a pleasure to have him servicing my units. If I need additional work done on my heating or A/C uint I want Jeff to handle my request.

Jaye A. had to come to my house after hours to fix a problem after a service call. He was pleasant, very helpful and explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. It was a pleasure to have him in my home and I felt very comfortable with all the work he performed. When he left everything was working again and I could not have been more pleased. Jaye is a great representative for Woodfin.

Brandon is a wonderful young man. Personality, efficient, thoroughly explained everything from what needed to be done to estimate. Felt very confident in working with him

Technician, Adam G[redacted]# 15 did a great job.answer all my question.
He did a tune up on my heat pump.

Steve C[redacted] inspected the plumbing at our home. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. He explained his findings and made recommendations for future actions. Overall, I highly recommend Woodfin and Steve C[redacted].

Brandon was very courteous and professional. We appreciate his service on behalf of Woodfin in resolving our plumbing issues.

Fast response, James and his assistant were professional and knowledgeable. He corrected my problem and was gone in no time. I liked the service so much I signed a service with Woodfin.

Chris R, Security Technician, was very professional while installing our Security system. He had shoe covers that was very thoughtful while working inside. He was very knowledgeable, never rushed, and kept us informed of his progress. He was very patient with our multiple questions as we never had a Security system in the past. After installation, he gave us a thorough training session and phone numbers (including his own) if had any questions after his visit. The Sales Rep also came during his installation to make sure all was going ok. We are very happy with Woodfin Security and glad we chose them.

We have used Woodfin for over 20 years and they have always bee helpful and responsive.

Found problem in 2 minutes that two other HVCA folks did not. Fantastic service!

Dylan the Woodfin tech. did a great job and went above & beyond in his service call.

James is a very good technician. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and gave a clear and concise explanation. He and his assistant then did the work needed to address the problem. I certainly think that James is an asset to the Woodfin organization.

I continue to be very satisfied with the service I receive from Woodfin. The service tech is always considerate in every regard ... time, personal property, personal interaction. And this most recent visit was no different. I will continue to use this company and recommend it to anyone who asks for my opinion.

Chris Beck Serviced my heating unit today and did a very through job, was very polite and a pleasure to have in my home. I also felt very secure having him here. I will be requesting him for service when ever I need it again.

My heat pump was serviced by a technician named James W[redacted] on Wednesday, July 20. He was very thorough and explained what he was doing as he progressed through the service checkup. This is the first time a tech from Woodfin has serviced my equipment in the 13 years that I have had it, and I would use this company again.

Very good help today from Robert #33 (Robbie) who has serviced our HVAC system several times before over the years. He takes the time to do the job correctly and takes the time to listen to the owner. He also follows up on work that needs to be completed in a second stage rather than requiring the owner to keep calling to ask for progress/updates.
