Jesse H. (electrician) was wonderful to work with. He was very professional and friendly, and completed all of the items on my list quickly and efficiency. We've just recently started using Woodfin after buying a house and selling a house. We've had HVAC, electrical, and plumbing work done so far between the two houses, and everyone who Woodfin sends has been great!

Very pleased with Steve's inspection of plumbing in my house. He answered all questions I had, gave his recommendations, and booked a service call for me to address a couple of issues. He even came back to correct an addition mistake for fifty cents that he had made. Very polite and courteous.

One of our AC units went out (with temps in the 90's). James W[redacted] from Woodfin came out to help. He was quick to troubleshoot and identify the problem and get the part and fix it. I was very impressed with James' professionalism and knowledge. If we ever have an issue again, I will definitely be calling Woodfin and asking for James Williams.

I am a long-time fan of Woodfin Heating, Inc. I use this firm for heating, plumbing, and general information on hunting and fishing as most of the workers are outdoors people.
This weekend Woodfin came to my house to make sure that the air-conditioning was in good operating condition. The young man's name was Chris. I don't remember him coming to my home initially; however, he told me that he helped to install the original equipment because his "name" was written on the "tag" to the machine!!!! I know how proud one can be to see your "autograph" on something you did so long ago. I say whatever he did then when he came to my house with his "teacher" I have never had a problem. Hey, that's like most of The Woodfin Team even the ladies who work there and I met some at the "Home Show."
So Woodfin Heating, Inc. -- whatever you are doing to teach your staff the ins/outs,
I commend you.
PS. The same day Chris was at my house, my neighbor had your competitor ([redacted]) fixing his air-condition unit. Chris left my house several hours before my neighbor's
house was done (also air-conditioning). Thank you for having a great team!

I needed some work done on my furnace, I needed a condensation pump. Robert came out and was very professional and friendly . The work area was very cramped and there was no real spot for the condensation pump to go. Robert went the extra mile to make sure that the condensation pump was in a good spot and not in the way of my furnace or water heater.

James S 23 did a wonderful job for us.

Great job by Robert inspecting our plumbing and advising on corrective actions. He was thorough, professional and presented options. There was no high pressure sales pitch - just an accurate assessment. Completely satisfied.

Tony came out to check my security system. I was getting a code on my panel since the storm knocked down power lines in our neighborhood and I was not able to clear it. He was professional and inspected my system thoroughly. When he left I was confident that my security is back online and I am safe. Nice job!

Good service, told us what the issue was with our heat pump and what needed to be done. Apparently it was frozen. He said it needed to thaw and then we could go from there. Finally, he scheduled a follow up for 24 hours later.
The repair man was on time, polite, and helpful.

I called Woodfin this morning at 8:05 about a kitchen faucet that was leaking pretty bad. Stephen D. was there within an hour and fixed the problem. He was very patient, took his time with detail work and solved our problem. Stephen D. was very pleasant, he has been to our home before and he is so nice, an asset to Woodfin for sure. Woodfin has many employees who are so nice with the customers.
