My Carrier air handler fan was running continually, even when the AC was not running the compressor. The main control board inside of the air handler was showing safety faults when there were none. Robert (#33) found the problem quickly, ordered the board, and replaced it; problem solved.

The Woodfin technician, Ryan, was on time, friendly, & performed the system check-up as requested. I would recommend him & his company to my friends.

I was really impressed with Robert as he did my yearly heat pump inspection. He went above and beyond answering questions and finally fixing an issue we have had for years. Really thankful for his help last month.

Our Heat pump was not working. I called in the morning and Drake E was out the same afternoon and had it working again in a short time. We received friendly, professional ,on time service from the first phone call through the completed job.We decided at that time to enroll in the yearly service plan.

DrakeE performed the annual service on our A/C and Heat Pump. He seemed to do very thorough job in checking and cleaning the system. A very professional individual who did a nice job. I would recommend him.

I was particularly impressed by his creativity in working out a test procedure for my unit. He also went out of his way to get the needed replacement part at a minimum expense.

I was very pleased with the service provided by the Woodfin Home Team plumbing representative. He clearly explained the results of each of the plumbing systems that he examined and patiently answered my numerous and sometimes repeated questions. The systems that were rated less than fair were pointed out in detail along with several recommendations for repair. The service representative provided a detailed inspection report and at my request an estimate of the scope of work of the system(s) that needed repair.

Steve C did a thorough inspection of my plumbing and quickly fixed a few small issues that had been nagging problems. He provided excellent service and honest recommendations. He has done plumbing work for me in the past and I have always been very satisfied with his work.

Our AC unit went out and Adam G from Woodfin came to check out the situation.
He was very personable, efficient and thorough. He got us cool again and gave me some feedback on a number of options going forward with the unit.

Very timely, pleasant and did a good job installing a new motor for the attic fan.

James was excellent in explaining the issue with my Hvac system. He repaired the issue quickly and even washed the rust from the coil off of my driveway!!! Thank James for getting my home Cool again!!!!

Customer rep. explained that the technician would call approximately thirty minutes before arrival and that is exactly what happened. The technician (Corbin) was very professional. Presented professional throughout the service call. He maintained focus on the work to be performed. Corbin listened carefully, he understood what we, the customers wanted and responded accordingly. The call was for some electrical work. It was mentioned to the technician that we needed to get a plumber out at some point and that's when Corbin shared information about the Electrical plan and The Whole Home Plan, which was awesome. He was knowledgeable as to what the company offers. Quality work was performed. I would highly recommend Woodfin to others.
