Woodfin recently installed a full house generator for me. They did an excellent job from start to finish. They communicated their process clearly and it was flawlessly carried out.
Quinton handled the gas plumbing work and did a very good job. He ,as all he Woodfin crew , was prompt and respectful of our home.

Technician was quick and knowledgeable.

Mr William C**, Master Electrician, arrived to give an estimate on electrical work after calling ahead. He arrived in a company marked van, offered his identity, was on time, courteous, professional but friendly, and listened to my request. He offered suggestions, and then wrote an on-the-spot written estimate. None of the other contractors offered this quick estimate.
I will not use Woodfin because the estimate was extremely high compared to one contractor (more than double!) but still less than another contractor.

Scotty and Neil have performed plumbing services at my home on several occasions. They arrive on time, complete the work in a professional and timely manner. They are courteous and friendly.

First time using Woodfin. Called them to do a check-up on Heat pump. Jeff came out the same day. Diagnosed a problem and had it fixed in about 30 minutes. Very reasonable rates. Jeff was polite and courteous.

I had a real problem with my air conditioner, I have COPD and my little dog has a breathing problem. After contacting my home warranty company and they couldn't find a contractor to help me, I called Woolfin, explained my problem. I received a courteous response to my problem with the lady in the office and my air conditioner was repaired by noon with a cost that I found very reasonable.

A recent call by the plumbing and electrical techs to review the condition of all related items in our 26 year old home revealed a few small issues which they handily addressed or made recommendations for. Gene H was very friendly yet very professional. He assisted in acquiring a new kitchen faucet for me when the Delta faucet could not be repaired.

Very professional and courteous. Came to my home for an emergency fix (gas heater was not working). He phoned when he was 30 minutes out, did a diagnostic of my problem and was able to fix the problem within 1 hour of arrival.
