Waste Management requires all containers removed when a customer cancels services to cycle the containers to new/existing customersThe charge covers administrative and operational costs to process and perform a removal of an existing containerOn Aug when you requested to cancel your service, the representative relayed to you the removal charge of $On Sept another representative lowered the removal charge to $plus taxes and charges which brought the total due from $to $
When we spoke with you on Novwe offered to adjust the late charges and the fuel and environmental charges, you declined and requested the full amount waived
