Upon review of your account, you called on 6/3/to request to cancel the service because you moved to a new location and service is already thereThe agent advised you we can transfer your service and you said no you just want to cancelThe agent advised you were in a service agreement and if you wish to cancel you will be charged the early termination chargesYou said you would not pay because the agent prior advised it was okay to cancel without any charges and asked to speak to a supervisor
Supervisor Norris spoke to you; advised he will review the callHe did and there was no mention on the call that it was okay to cancel without chargesHowever, your manager Mike did mention he would call us back when he decides to make the moveMike mentioned there was already a container onsite from the competitor and he needed the container at the old locations for about 2-weeks after he movesMike told the agent he would call back after he speaks with the company to see when they were picking up the containerMike then called back the next day and per the recording, he stated he did not need to make the move on the container yet and leave things as is
*** *** signed a Service Agreement (“Agreement”) with Waste Management which took effect on August 1, for thirty-six (36) monthsThe term runs through August 1, 2017, please see attachment

Please see the attached contractThere is no mention of any Inactivity FeeThe customer service representative cited section in the contract as justification for the additional Inactivity FeeI find nothing in section that would justify such a feeFurthermore, I believe the agreement is
straightforward and easy to understandSection of the contract is not, and seems to exist for the sole intention of creating additional fees, however obscure

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.Apparently they feel it is ok for their representative to come to my home and deceived me. He sold myself and neighbors a lie. He enticed us to leave our former service provider with his deal of a lifetime rate, which he clearly wrote on the service agreement. That is deceptive practices. This company engages in deceptive practices and I think consumers need protection from them.

In response to your last comment, Our Route Supervisor confirmed he exchanged your cart out himself on Friday morningThe carts were not out at the curb for the swap, they were on the side of the garageHe stated you were not home, but there were construction workers there doing some work. I am not complaining about the service agreement, I understand itTrisha did say that I would have a penalty and that my service renewal was in May and that the contract offer was the best she could do for me and that I could cancel my service now and pay a penalty or wait and avoid the penaltyI responded by saying I would continue service as is until May and look for another company thenThis response was by email, which I have a copy ofShe willing and I believe maliciously let me be mislead so I would be stuck in another contract or have to pay them a penaltyRegardless whether there was any malice, she l knew I was missing lead and did nothing about it
