I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. This company had not picked up my trash on Thursdays with any consistency for close to four monthsNot once did they ever say it was because the truck was too big. Now that they have decided to reduce the number of times they service my home they want me to take my trash further from my house so it is more convenient for them to pick it up. I don't see why they cant assign the smaller truck to the route where my street is so that they can service all of the customers on our street rather than requiring us to haul our trash to the end of the street for them. If they are going to make us do more while they are doing less for us we should get a discount. they only way they can resolve this complaint is to pick my trash up at the end of my driveway or give me a discount if they are going to require that I haul the trash to the end of the street for them.

Our agent Jody confirmed she spoke to you and explained the payment procedure and worked with our operations team to try and service your containerDue to not having a truck in the area, we could not recover until your next service day We want to apologize again for not meeting your expectations as your service provider, as you requested to cancel your account

I am rejecting the response from Waste Management due to the fact that it is excessive and I do not owe late charges for billing when I was not billed correctly in the first placeI owe for years as stated by California law and Waste Management has to obey the law just like any other business has to. I will add $on top of the $I currently owe making the total I am willing to pay to finalize this bill to $1568.32. Please send me a statement saying this amount for full and final payment.
