I wanted to take this opportunity to most importantly, apologize for your recent service experience. We take these concerns very seriously and will immediately...
take action to correct them.
After review of your account, we invoiced you on November 1, 2015 $216.69. Due to nonpayment, your account was suspended. On January 29, 2016, you called disputing the amount due. As a one-time courtesy, we agreed to waive the delivery and the reactivation charge leaving your account balance of $162.55, which you paid on that same day.
At that time, you requested we change your billing from quarterly to yearly. We made the change and invoiced you on March 1, 2016 $361.89. However, we did not receive payment until April 25, 2016, causing your account to be suspended again. Once your payment posted your account was reactivated on April 28, 2016.
We then invoiced $73.81 for the reactivation charge on May 1, 2016. Which we did not receive payment. You called on June 23, 2016 and requested to cancel your account and your account was prorated leaving you a refund amount of $105.70. cancellation charge. Waste Management charges a one-time removal charge of our containers. It covers the cost of a different truck, driver, and the refurbishment of the container.

So what you are saying is....you only require one signature for a service agreement that is good forever unless someone calls Waste management and questions their billing statements and services? I am suggesting to the Revdex.com that Waste Management must change their service agreements so someone must sign a service agreement every 60 months. This will inform the customer of inflating prices for services. I will be sure the [redacted] is aware of how Waste Management conducts business and I will require all offices to look over their service agreements so they will not be taken advantage of.

In response to your last comment, upon reviewing your account, the only reported miss was on September of 2015. In 2016 and 2017, there are no recorded service issues on your account. Per our refund policy, it states on your invoice’s, that you are paying for a subscription service; by paying your invoice, you agree to continue service during the specified time. If you request to cancel your service early, you forfeit your prepayment. If you would like, we can resume your services, for the remaining period.

exceptional and reliable customer service and have taken the appropriate action to identify the cause and to prevent this experience from occurring in the future.
After researching our internal records, you called to arrange for a dumpster delivery. Our agent collected payment but failed to take appropriate steps to set up the delivery. You called when the container did not arrive, and after reaching out to our dispatchers, you were advised Tuesday 05/30 would be the soonest we could deliver due to the holiday. You then spoke to one of our managers who confirmed earliest delivery date would be Tuesday 5/30 or we could cancel your delivery and refund your money.
At that time, your agreed and the account was canceled. Our agent Tonya, requested your payment be refunded. Again, please accept our apologies for the frustration caused by this situation.

I alerted our operations team; received confirmation that the county stopped the use of our claw trucks. Per the county, they began the yard waste collection as of October 18 in your area.
