I wanted to take this opportunity to most importantly, apologize for your billing experience; I understand your frustration and am sorry to hear that you were charged for services you did not receive.
Our customer service representative credited one year of the green waste charges of $126.24, leaving your account a credit balance of $189.08. The remaining Green Waste charges dated back to August 2013 is adjusted ($89.67). Once the credit is posted to your account you will have a total credit balance of $278.76. A refund request in this amount wil be reversed to your VISA card ending in 6579, which was used to make your last payment on this account. Please allow 2 to 7 days for processing.

We will have to agree to disagree on this. It is not the cancel fee that frustrates me, it is that you don't have some controls in place to keep a $60 per month container from getting up to $200 per month and then justify it by saying you are like the cable company. Even the cable company doesn't stoop this low. I was paying you over $2400 per year for a 3 yard dumpster. When I sign up for a service from someone, I expect them to treat me fair.

Upon reviewing your account, it was never reported that the recycle container was not on site until your communication on [redacted]. On [redacted], our operations confirmed that there was not a recycling container on site.
We issued a credit for 3 months per the site check. At this time, no further credits are due. Again, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience experienced during this time.

Because I have struggled so hard to get Waste Management to pick up my trash, 5 weeks of calling every week, the adjustment on my next bill is unaccepted as I will no longer be using their service for my trash pick up. I want a refund of what I have already paid to them.

I do not agree with the decision to cut the bill they say i owe in 1/2 like i said i had no knowledge it was a mandatory area I have not recieved any garbage pick up from them since 2009 i owe around 100 to 150 dollars not in the thousands it is illegal to charge someone when they have no knowledge that they are being charged and chatging someone for services that they never provided for me or my residence I would like to pay at the most the 150 that i owe so i can comply with the mandatory request to pay them for services i do not use and will not use

We request immediate cancellation of Waste Management's service for no fee. Waste Management refused to honor our oral and written agreement to change our service to a recycling container as per section 3 and 4 this warrants termination. In addition, the rate for the administrative fee has been increased which also warrants termination per section 3. Waste Management damaged our property (fence). Waste Management did not notify us that the contract was for a specified term and used unethical business tactics to hide this fact, thereby locking us into an agreement without our knowledge.
