**/01/14   I recently received an email from [redacted], the account representative for Waste Management that they have been successful in closing out all of the duplicate accounts and that all of the accounts now have a zero balance and that we no longer have any obligations to Waste Management.  Assuming that he is accurate and that I do not receive future billing then it appears that the problem has been resolved.Thanks, [redacted]

exceptional and reliable customer service and have taken the appropriate action to identify the cause and to prevent this experience from occurring in the future.
After researching our internal records, you contacted us multiple times to report we missed your trash. Our agents entered the necessary tickets to have our driver go back and recover, and our operations closed the tickets as completed. Our agent, [redacted] reached out to our operations and they confirmed we recovered the trash.
Due to the service failures, you requested to cancel your account. As you requested to cancel your account. Our agent, [redacted] has successfully canceled your account and requested the removal of our container. Because you were a valued customer, we waived the removal charges that may incur and will credit the remaining balance for service that was pre-paid. Again, please accept our apologies for the frustration caused by this situation.

committed to providing exceptional and reliable customer service and have taken the appropriate action to identify the cause and to prevent this experience from occurring in the future.
After researching our internal records, you called on December 8, 2016, to cancel your account. Your account Manager Beth [redacted], explained the cancel process, at that time your requested to decrease your service. On May 26, 2017, you called and requested to cancel your service, and account manager Tito, explained you are still in a Service Agreement until January 28, 2018.
Because you are valued customer, we have agreed not to charge early termination charges, and canceled your account effective June 15, 2017. The removal is scheduled for June 15, 2017. You will receive a final invoice for the removal and any services provided for this month. Again, please accept our apologies for the frustration caused by this situation.

In response to your last comment, you called on 5/4/15 to say our driver only serviced part of the bulk. You were then advised that we would send driver back out to service the remaining items.  You called again on 5/6 and mentioned you paid someone else to take the rest of the items, the representative advised you we had the courtesy ticket in place to pick up the items. You made the choice to pay someone else; therefore Waste management does not owe you a refund.

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]I have reviewed my contract with Waste Management.  Waste Management did not include a container removal fee in my contract.  I do not believe that Waste Management has the legal right to change the contract retroactively from the signed agreement.  There is no charge associated with the removal of the container in my agreement.  This may be a charge they include in all current contracts: however, it is not in my contract.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  
I see in the response from WM that they found that they over-charged me yet another $106.51 and they are refunding that to me.  I have confirmed that I have received that refund on my credit card.  However they have not responded to any of the issues that I raised in my complaint.  Until they respond and resolve those issues this issue is not resolved.
