After researching our internal records, when you set up service in January you were offered a rate of $a month for serviceIt was later determined that you were not paying the right rate for your area, and we made the corrections to $a month, which is $for each of the unitsDue to our error, we did not back bill for the difference
You also mentioned issues with containers being left in the road, and the containers not being emptied all the way if at allWe reached out to our operations to have them address the issuesOur representative, Tonya, attempted to reach you at *** to address your concerns, but was unsuccessfulIf you would like to discuss the service issues, please provide the best number you could be reachedIn addition, she will monitor your account for the next month to ensure you are getting serviced properlyAgain, please accept our apologies for the frustration caused by this situation

On March 10, 2017, you contacted Waste Management to schedule a pickup of bulk trash for address *** *** ** **, and pre-paid $for the pickup. Jeanne called and you confirmed your bulk was removed on March 17, 2017.
Because you are a valued customer, Waste Management adjusted the $bulk charge which has been reversed back to your method of paymentWe will call you to confirm your payment was reversed within one to five business days
