I apologize that you experienced issues with your billing, and appreciate the opportunity to address your concernsAt Waste Management, we are committed
to providing exceptional and reliable customer service and have taken the appropriate action to identify the cause and to prevent this experience from occurring in the future
After researching our internal records, you called on February 2, 2013, to establish service and we quoted the price for service in your areaOur representative keyed in the wrong area when creating the account, which caused us to undercharge for our servicesIn January of 2015, our agent noticed a large credit on your account, and without doing research she submitted the refund of $to be mailed to you
On January 1, 2017, you phoned and our agent noticed you were not being invoiced the correct amount for your area and made the correctionThe credit of $that was on the account at that time was due for services rendered and posted to the accountCurrently, you are being invoiced $a month plus fuel and environmental, which is the correct rate for your areaBecause you are a valued customer, we will not back charge for that refund due to our errorAgain, please accept our apologies for the frustration caused by this situation
