In review of your account, October you had an annual rate increaseAfter many failed attempts to reach you by phone and email your account manager mailed you a new service agreement which you signed and returnedYour new agreement went into effect 02-01-On February 25th an adjustment of $was placed on your account for the January invoice Because you are a valued customer we agreed to adjust your current balance to zero clearing out your past due balance
