After researching our internal records,
on August 16, you spoke with account manager Trisha, who discussed rates with youShe did not say that you should call in May to cancelHowever, she did say that your service agreement was up in MayYou have since called multiple times to cancel your serviceOur agents advised you that you are in a current service agreement and if you cancel you will be held to early termination chargesAttached you will find a copy of the signed service agreementPlease note that the terms and conditions (“TERMS”) state that your request to cancel should be sent to Waste Management in writing via certified mail and that it must be received by WM between 90-prior to that renewal dateOur sales team, mailed you the options letter as you requestedPlease also see the attached Service Agreement and cancel letterAgain, please accept our apologies for the frustration caused by this situation

Dear Sir or Madam:
I contacted the City of Oakland regarding the circumstances that led to the
five Waste Management *** ** ** ***. The *** *** *** cost $1,
I asked for a refund and they referred me to Waste Management
Waste Management never provided me with trash bins. They sent invoices for
payment to the City of Oakland instead of contacting me. When I received my
*** *** *** ***, there were five Waste Management liens on the property.
I went to the County Recorder and was told to contact the City. I made several
trips to the City of Oakland liens office as they never return phone calls. The City
told me to take up the matter with Waste Management. Every time I called Waste
Management I got someone in a different part of the country. They could find no
record of having issued liens. Eventually I got someone who found the invoices and
I asked them for a copy of the invoices.
It's been a very difficult all consuming and expensive process getting the liens removed
Waste Management owes me $1,for imposing the liens before notifying me.
